LEAMINGTON SPA, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwired - Jun 12, 2013) - DNA Dynamics, Inc (PINKSHEETS: DNAD) announces that it has chosen a specialist studio in the UK to pick up the demand the company has created in its newly formed 'Work for Hire' division due to the success of the first quarter of 2013.

In early 2013, the Company opened a division to focus on lucrative Work for Hire business that existed in the marketplace. Initially winning a conversion of a hugely successful PC game in January 2013, which takes the company to Q3 2013, the requirement for a close partnership with a seasoned development team became obvious.

This agreement allows DNA to expand its capacity as a studio and maintain an important level of control over contracts as Fluid Games is geographically close to the DNA offices in the UK. The agreement gives DNA the capacity to continue to chase and sign new Work for Hire and aggressively follow up on new relationships formed at GDC in San Francisco 2013. The contract is effective immediately and can be scaled up and scaled down according to contract requirements at any given time.
