As a matter of procedure, MPS (Metropolitan Police Service) agents reviewed a document issued in August 2021 as part of a US civil action, police said in a statement. This review has been completed and we will not take further action.

In his civil lawsuit, Giuffre, 38, accused Andres of forcing her to have sex as a minor at the London home of Epsteins partner, Ghislaine Maxwell. Giuffre also said that Andrs, 61, abused her at Epsteins Manhattan mansion and on the businessmans private island in the US Virgin Islands.

The prince, ninth in the line of succession to the throne, has always denied the accusations or having had any relationship with Giuffre.
