The Qualified Person overseeing the report is Corolla Hoag, an Arizona registered geologist and a Certified Professional Geologist with over 24 years of combined experience in geological and hydrogeological investigations supporting various environmental permitting activities and mineral resource assessments and feasibility studies. (SRK Consulting) Ms. Hoag worked on the 2011 Hay Mountain technical report which covered 8 square miles over a project block consisting of Federal lode mining claims and State Mineral Exploration Permits (NR 110). Since the submission of that report, the Hay Mountain Project lands have expanded to 13.45 square miles.

Based in Philadelphia, Mr. Kelley is responsible for working with brokers to help large companies throughout the mid-Atlantic better manage the total cost of risk.

Prior to his new role, Mr. Kelley held a number of distribution positions in Liberty Mutuals Commercial Insurance unit during his 23 years with the Boston-based insurer. He holds both the CPCU and ARM professional designations.

Abengoa has added Liberty Interactive as an investor in Solana, the largest parabolic trough solar plant in the world. Solana, which is in its final testing phase, has a total installed capacity of 280 gross megawatts and will be the first solar plant in the United States with thermal energy storage. During these final tests, the concentrating solar power plant is demonstrating that it will generate electricity during the day and night, and its capacity to store energy and adapt to consumption demands. Liberty's $300M investment in the limited liability company that holds Solana has been approved by the U.S. Department of Energy and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Abengoa will continue as managing partner and will be responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of the plant.
