Blackstone Herbs and Martini Bar, which is expected to open in December at 102 Green St., is the second location of the Coventry, R.I.-based restaurant. Gian Ranucci, who owns the upscale gastropub with his wife Bryanna, explained that Blackstone specializes in food and drink flights.

Weve traveled all across the country and weve been to so many restaurants. Weve always had a hard time deciding what to get, Ranucci said. We always wanted everything on the menu so we decided to come up with an idea to be able to get small portions of multiple different options.
