While Thanksgiving means eating at home for much of the U.S., here in Las Vegas eating out on that holiday has become a firmly entrenched tradition. Visitors and locals alike have an incredible array of options, from fancy meals to home-style plates. Weve compiled a variety here, but there are many options at almost every restaurant you can think of. Make your reservations now if you can, as slots can and do fill up.

Bacchanal Buffet (Caesars Palace, 702.731.7928): Apple cider-brined roast turkey and herb-crusted smoked turkey breast, sweet potato casserole, plus vegetarian and vegan holiday offerings.

Water Grill (The Forum Shops at Caesars, 702.832.4777): A traditional Thanksgiving meal with roasted Diestel farms turkey, apple-celery sourdough stuffing, cranberry sauce and caramel bread pudding.

R R (The Shoppes at Mandalay Place, 702.632.7771): Traditional turkey dinner, or the special Kilbeggan Salmon, a baked filet stuffed with cream cheese, dill, crab, and shrimp.
