Below is a list of resources for people, or their families, struggling with mental health on the Central Coast. The team also provides services outside schools, after-school programs and faith-based organizations. Call 1-800-952-2335.A helpline at 831-427-8020 provides referrals, guidelines for calling 911 and a clearinghouse for other mental health services in Santa Cruz County. San Benito CountySan Benito County Behavioral Health Department San Benito County Behavioral Health provides specialty mental health services, including substance abuse for residents of San Benito County.
