Norwell took a three-goal lead to open the game Wednesday, May 10, and held on as they handed the Blue Knights (6-7) an 8-5 loss.

Sandwich will host its annual cystic fibrosis fundraising game Friday, May 12, at DeConto Stadium at 6 PM.

The Clippers pulled out to a 5-1 lead by the break on Wednesday and while the Knights were winning the majority of the face-offs, they were unable to turn those possessions into points. Joey Bourdow, James Stack, Josh Souza, Cam Lopes and Mather Negron all tallied in the setback for the Knights. Peyton Goodwin was in net, finishing the afternoon with 10 saves.

Sandwich Versus Bishop Feehan

Three goals from Lopes and some solid defensive play wasnt enough for the Blue Knights Monday, May 8, as they dropped an 11-4 decision to the Shamrocks of Bishop Feehan High School.

The Shamrocks held a 5-3 advantage at the break then took off in the second half, scoring six more times. Goodwin did a nice job in net for the Knights, finishing the day with 11 saves. Stack and Tim Ladner had a good day in the center taking 13-of-19 face-offs.
