Saratoga Casino Hotel to host blood drive on Jan. 15 – The Daily Gazette

As the American Red Cross urges people to donate blood, Saratoga Casino Hotel is readying to host a blood drive on Monday, Jan. 15, from noon to 6 p.m.

The drive will take place in the hotel ballroom, at 342 Jefferson St. in Saratoga Springs. January is National Blood Donor Month, and all who donate this month will be entered in a raffle to win tickets to the 2024 Super Bowl in Las Vegas.

Appointments can be made on the Red Cross app or website, or by phone at 1-800-733-2767.

As the shortage for blood continues, community members are urged to take part and "roll up a sleeve."

During a time when the need is so strong, we welcome the opportunity to host another blood drive, said Alex Tucker, Chief Operating Officer at Saratoga Casino Hotel. Not only do we see a tremendous amount of support from the community, we see a great deal of participation from our team members.
