Meanwhile, VPN services, used by netizens for unblocking censorship is continuously blocked by firewall. Experts have suggested netizens use Ultrasurf and Freegate that allow you to bypass firewalls. Both are freeware programs designed as anti-censorship tools, in addition, programs are constantly upgraded. Since Dec. 18, the Chinese Communist Party #39;s (CCP) media People #39;s Daily published several articles about control of the Internet. Voice of America reported that, recently, many foreign VPN service providers have complained that their servers are blocked in China. According to incomplete statistics, China has 538 million internet users, it has reached the world #39;s top position. Some netizens use VPN services to bypass China #39;s Great Wall. They have even searched the "sensitive information" that the CCP won #39;t allow them to see. Bill Xia, president of Dynamic Internet Technology Inc. said, VPN was original designed an internet tool. Because of the CCP #39;s blockade, some netizens use it as a tool to bypass censorship. Technically, VPN service providers didn #39;t particularly develop software to break censorship blocks.
