This is a video produced by Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky - who many have touted as a frontrunner for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination. Sen. Paul also is viewed by many as the political heir of his father, Ron Paul, a libertarian and a past candidate in Republican primaries for president.
