The Pulaski County Planning commission held a meeting November 22 at 3pm to discuss the Lake Maumelle Watershed Plan.The meeting was supposed to be a public hearing, but the plan had been written long before the public was made aware of it. The Planning Commission wanted to vote on the plan during the last meeting October 25th, but decided to table the plan after overwhealming opposition by people against the plan. Central Arkansas Water, which hired a PR Firm 2 years ago to write the plan, had passed a resolution supporting the plan last night
