Renowned futurist to reveal the future for property managers – Residential Property Manager

At LPMA 2017, futurist Chris Rolls will present for the first time the results of 12 months of research onthe future of the Australian and global real estate industries.

Mr Rolls says he has spent the last year conducting interviews withleaders in the real estate industry including venture capitalists and keytech disruptors.

Mr Rolls,a managing director of Australias first real estate industry venture capital fund, said many people are not aware that$1.7 billion was invested in real estate technology in 2015 alone.

The sole purpose of which [was] to disrupt real estate industry around the world, he said.

Now, while most of that money has been invested in places like Europe and the US, the first of those low-cost disrupters has already come to Australia.

During his presentation atLPMA 2017 Mr Rolls will discuss issues pertinent to the industry today.

Is tech going to kill the industry like Uber has killed taxis or will artificial intelligence replace property managers? All of those pressing questions.

Mr Rolls will be joined by other speakers, including author and marketing consultant Amanda Stevens, Texan Brad Larson and property management expert Vasili Hadzellis.

Ms Stevens session will focus on helping property managers connect beyond the superficial level, while Mr Larson will be talking about his fast-growing property business Larsen Properties and how property management fits in with its business model. Mr Hadzellis will host a session titled Property Management 3.0.
