Veterans For Peace and the VFP Golden Rule Projectinvite you to enjoy an evening of fun with the crew and shore support of the Golden Rule Peace Boat.

The Golden Rule will be at the Museum of History and Industry, available for tours all day until the program starts at 6:30 pm.

This will be the last public showing in Puget Sound before she continues around the country to educate people about the possibility and necessity of global nuclear disarmament.

Learn about theGolden Rules first voyage, in 1958, to try to stop nuclear bomb testing and how she sails today for a nuclear-free world and a peaceful, sustainable future.

We had a wonderful 4 days in Bellingham! Thank you, Beth Brownfield and Ellen Murphy, VFP Chapter 111, Bellingham Unitarian Fellowship, Bellingham Community Coop, Whatcom County Peace and Justice Center and the many volunteers who made this dream a reality!

The Golden Rule talked with hundreds of visitors in Vancouver, BC for the Wooden Boat Show, August 25-28.

We have an exceptional day planned by Terry and Linda Lush in Friday Harbor August 31. We will take people sailing (free) and give boat tours all day, have a concert all afternoon, and a gala lasagna benefit dinner in the evening, all at the waterfront and San Juan Island Yacht Club. Come join us!
