What do you do? I am the founder of AANTHOLOGIES. Based in Melbourne/ Naarm we are a boutique agency offering publicity, artist management and creative consultancy for clients within the music industry.

Why do you do it? Those who have shared co-working spaces with me know that it's not uncommon for me to cry at my desk when I hear a special song for the first time.

That feeling when it's in your chest and you can't control the muscles in your face that. I feel incredibly lucky to be in a position where my job is to help people connect with the music, tell stories and create moments.

What do you love about the city you live in? Melbourne's music community is kind and welcoming. It doesn't have the competitive nature that I've experienced working in other cities, and I've found many of my closest friends here. We also have the best coffee.

Where did you go for your last holiday? My last holiday was a trip to Japan. I was lucky enough to travel to Fuji Rock with The Teskey Brothers and spent a week in Toyko with my best friend. It was the best holiday I've ever had.

What's your favourite item of clothing? My RMs I live in these shoes.

What was your favourite TV show when you were a kid? When I was little, Iloved this show called 'H.R. Pufnstuf', which on reflection is rather terrifying!

If you could travel back in time for a day, where would you go? I would go back to Japan and do Fuji Rock all over again.

If we were coming over to your place, what would you cook us? We'd get takeaway.

What's the best lesson you've ever learned? Be honest and authentic. Trust your intuition and keep asking questions.

Tell us one thing about yourself that nobody else knows. It's possible/ highly likely that my most played artists of 2021 will be Human Nature and Texas.

Are you happy with your work/ life balance? It's the best it's ever been, but maintaining it requires constant work. Lockdown changed my mindset in a really positive way. I no longer feel the pressure to be at every event. . . all the time. I value my home time and see it as an opportunity to recharge.

How do you define success? Happiness and satisfaction. Being proud of the work that I do and enjoying the process.

What's your spirit animal? My sister is awildlife photographerand we have discussed this at length. I would say it's a blackbird. She would say it's a sloth.
