Congratulations may be in order for Elon Musk.

According to Bloomberg, the billionaire allegedly welcomed his third child with top Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis earlier this year, bringing his brood to 12.

The babys name and sex are not yet clear.

Zilis declined to comment and Musk didnt get back to the outlet.

Similarly, Reps for the X CEO did not immediately respond to Page Sixs request for comment.

The 52-year-old Tesla mogul previously welcomed twins Strider and Azure with Zilis, 38, in November 2021.

The tots arrival came just one month before the birth of daughter Exa Dark Siderl, aka Y, whom he and then-partner Grimes welcomed via surrogate.

When Page Six congratulated him on the arrival of the twins in July 2022, Musk replied, Bravo to big families.

He then told he us wants as many [kids] as I am able to spend time with and be a good father.

Musk repeated the sentiment in 2022 when he tweeted, A collapsing birth rate is the biggest danger civilization faces, by far.

Musk also shares sons Techno Mechanicus and X AE A-XII with ex Grimes, 36, who is suing him over parental rights to their three children.

Despite the messy custody battle, the SpaceX founder took his 4-year-old son to the Super Bowl in Las Vegas, the Tesla plant in Germany and, most recently, the Cannes Lions Festival in France.

Verzuz, the online platform launched during the pandemic by Swizz BeatzandTimbaland, has struck a distribution partnership with Elon Musks X. The pair made the announcement during Cannes Lions conference in France on Wednesday.

Earlier in the year, Swizz and Timbaland reacquired Verzuz from their previous partner Triller and now own 100% of the platform, while retaining their equity (along with the artists who participated in Verzuz) in Triller, according to the announcement. Under the terms of the new deal, the pair maintain their full ownership and creative control of the platform while X receives exclusive distribution rights. The company estimates it will now broadcast to an audience of over 550 million active users, expanding its viewership and international reach. Viewers will now be able to watch for free exclusively on X.

Verzuz was launched in 2020 during the early days of the pandemic as a way of connecting music fans by bringing rap or DJ battles to the internet. Beginning with Swizz and Timbaland, the platform quickly gained popularity by matching up Babyface vs. Teddy Riley, Nelly vs. Ludacris, Boi-1da vs. Hit-Boy, T-Pain vs. Lil Jon, RZA vs. DJ Premiere, Erykah Badu vs. Jill Scott, Alicia Keys vs. John Legend, DMX vs. Snoop Dogg, and even Patti Labelle vs. Gladys Knight and Brand vs. Monica. It has produced over 40 episodes, generating 100 million-plus live views and over 70 billion impressions, according to the announcement. The company was sold to Triller in 2021 but became mired in legal disputes and has since been reaquired by Swizz and Timbaland.

Swizz Beatz and Timbaland Strike Verzuz Deal With Elon Musk's X - Variety

Elon Musk claims Teslas new AI supercluster will grow to over 500 MW, making it one of, if not the biggest in the world. At the same time, the CEO claims Tesla is achieving some record-breaking performance with its next-en AI chip.

A few months ago, we reported that Tesla was having issues building a new expansion at Gigafactory Texas to house a new giant supercomputer to train Teslas AI.

At the time, we heard that Tesla was aiming for a 100 MW cluster to be ready by August. Musk canceled other projects at Tesla to focus construction resources on the expansion.

Commenting on drone videos of the expansion, Musk said that it will grow to over 500 MW over the next 18 months:

Sizing for ~130MW of power & cooling this year, but will increase to >500MW over next 18 months or so. Aiming for about half Tesla AI hardware, half Nvidia/other. Play to win or dont play at all.

We previously noted that it was strange that Tesla was internally referring to the project as a Dojo project, which refers to Teslas own supercomputing hardware, but sources were also told that the cluster would use Nvidia compute power.

Now, Musk confirmed that Tesla plans to use both its own hardware and Nvidias, as well as other suppliers.

However, things are getting a little unclear as Musk seems to also imply that Tesla will use some of its HW4 computers for the training clusters:

HW4 generally refers to Teslas in-car computer with an in-house designed chip, while Dojo is used for training, like this new cluster.

Its unclear here if Musk is talking about using inference computing for training or just talking about Teslas overall planned computing power.

Elon had mentioned at Teslas shareholders meeting that the company now had Nvidia-level AI chips, but the stock didnt even move from that announcement as Nvidia became the most valuable company in the world.

I think Teslas AI effort is still not super credible for the market. That happens when you claim that you are about to achieve self-driving by the end of the year every year for the past 5 years.

At this point, we need to see Tesla make significant improvements to FSD with each new update. It sounded like this new cluster would help achieve that but Elon also recently said that Tesla was not compute-constrained for training right now, so its hard to really understand what is holding up improvements at this point.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk fathered a third child with an executive at Neuralink, his brain-chip implant company, according to a report.

Neuralink director Shivon Zilis had Musks child whose name was not released earlier this year, Bloomberg revealed Saturday.

The birth came after Musk revealed in 2022 that he and Zilis had twins, which were reportedly conceived through in vitro fertilization.

Musk, the worlds second richest man with some $200 billion, has fathered at least 12 children six of them in the past five years including three with Zillis and three with Canadian popstar Grimes, according to Bloomberg.

Musk has previously joked that hes Doing my best to help the underpopulation crisis, a problem he views as the biggest danger civilization faces.

On Thursday, Musk posted a chart claiming that Europe is suffering from a fertility crisis, saying Civilization may end with a bang or with a whimper (in adult diapers).

Hes long peddled the debunked theory that the world population is declining, Bloomberg noted.

The UN projects that, despite growth rates dropping globally, the world population will continue booming to reach 10 billion by the end of the century, according to the outlet.

The revelation comes as Musk has been accused by numerous female subordinates of sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior at his space exploration company, SpaceX.

Musk allegedly had a sexual relationship with an employee who started at the company as an intern and was then hired not long after she finished college before she called it off.

Musk also allegedly pursued relationships with other female subordinates at his rocket company including with one woman who was asked by the mogul to bear his children on several occasions, The Wall Street Journal reported.

The mogul also carried on a month-long sexual relationship with a third woman who reported to him directly at SpaceX before the two cut ties, according to the report.

Earlier this month, Eight former SpaceX engineers four men and four women filed a lawsuit against Musk alleging they were fired after raising concerns about harassment against women in the workplace.

The lawsuit claims Musks conduct fostered a pervasively sexist culture at SpaceX. Female engineers were regularly subject to harassment while their concerns were ignored, the suit alleges.

These actions had the foreseeable and actual result of offending, causing distress, and intruding upon plaintiffs wellbeing so as to disrupt their emotional tranquility in the workplace, the engineers stated in the lawsuit.

Musk couldnt immediately be reached for comment by The Post.

It was one of the most pivotal moments not just of last year but of my entire life, Yaccarino said Monday in a conversation with Shelley Zalis, founder and CEO of the Female Quotient, at this weeks Cannes Lions, the advertising worlds version of the Oscars.

Going into the hearings, Yaccarino said, she had only been at the company six months and therefore lacked what she called the depth of knowledge and tenure enjoyed by the four male counterparts from the likes of Meta and TikTok sitting beside her on the panel.

Im not an engineer, Im not a founder, and my natural kind of career-long upbringing was not in tech and social media, she said, describing a feeling of not belonging commonly known as Imposter Syndrome. And by the way, [I was] the only woman.

Yaccarino said she had been keen to share the work undertaken by X on her watch to better protect children on the platform, but worried she would be able to do so with confidence.

Ultimately, she says, what helped her do so was the preparation process, the data she had to back up her assertions, and the encouragement and support she received from the company.

When Musk urged popular Twitch streamers to switch to X by attacking his Amazon-owned rival for its failure to police its content, he waspromptly ridiculedover his own platformsinfestation of bots.

Days later, X announced its own change of courseand reworded its terms of service to specifically permit sharing content not safe for work. It subsequentlyeliminated any ability to see what posts users like.

In other words, Yaccarino and her team still have a lot of work to do if X is indeed to become theeverything app. Right now users only spend some 35 minutes a day on the platform, according to Yaccarino. While she believes that will only go up going forward once payments are rolled out starting in the U.S. market, that number is still far from the declared goal of users spending, in her words, most of their lives on the platform.

Two homicidal maniacs have threatened to kill Elon Musk in the past seven months, the Tesla CEO claimed at a recent shareholder meeting, while comparing himself to the slain Beatles legend John Lennon.

During the question and answer portion of the electric vehicle companys annual shareholders meeting last week, Musk said his high profile has put a target on his back just like Lennon.

An anonymous shareholder asked Musk what hes doing to make sure he stays healthy and safe, to which Musk acknowledged he should maybe start working out to avoid being assassinated.

I mean, it is getting a little crazy these days, Musk said. The probability that a homicidal maniac will try to kill you is proportionate to how many homicidal maniacs hear your name.

They hear my name a lot, so Im like, OK, Im on the list, you know, he chuckled.

Musk then revealed that Tesla actually did have two homicidal maniacs in the last roughly seven months come to aspirationally try to kill me, and a bunch of other people so its not just me.

And then there wasnt like an actual issue that they articulated, they were just in the homicidal maniac career, so I do need to be kind of careful, Musk said.

Musk said hes been forced to be a bit more standoffish as a result and has stopped signing things for fans who come up to him in public.

Musk then compared himself to Lennon who was notoriously shot and killed outside the Dakota Apartments in Manhattan in 1980 by Beatles superfan Mark David Chapman moments after Lennon signed an album for him.

I will endeavor to stay alive, Musk said.

The Post has reached out to Tesla for comments on Musks concerning remarks.

Also at the meeting, Tesla shareholders overwhelmingly voted to approve Muskscontroversial $56 billion pay package paving the way for the mogul to keep his focus on his biggest source of wealth.

The company is fighting to reverse Delaware Chancery Court Judge Kathaleen McCormicks decision in January to void the compensation plan, whichshe called an unfathomable sum.

Tesla shareholders also approved a resolution at the annual meeting to change the companys state of incorporation to Texas from Delaware. Nearly 90% voted in favor of the move.

Elon Musk attempted to temper his infamous go f yourself comments to X advertisers on Wednesday as he tries to win back companies fleeing the platform.

Musk, who leveled the expletive last year at corporations he claimed were trying to censor and blackmail him with advertising deals, struck a different tone in his comments at the Cannes Lions advertising festival in France. The CEO insisted his F you to advertisers wasnt meant to be taken so generally.

It wasnt to advertisers as a whole, Musk said, according to CNBC. It was with respect to freedom of speech, I think it is important to have a global free speech platform, where people from a wider range of opinions can voice their views.

The X boss claimed that some companies demanded he censor certain groups on the platform in exchange for their ad money.

At the end of the day if we have to make a choice between censorship and losing money, [or] censorship and money, or free speech and losing money, were going to choose the second, he said, CNBC reports. Were going to support free speech rather than agree to be censored for money which I think is the right moral decision.

Musks commitment to free speech on the platform has come under significant fire, with many groups saying it has been a false justification to allow hate to flourish on the platform. The White House chastised Musk in November for supporting antisemitic and racist hate after he agreed with a post claiming that Jewish communities were encouraging hatred of whites. He later apologized for the comments.

Musk said Wednesday that advertisers have a right to appear next to content they find compatible with their brands, but added that it is not cool when they demand that there can be no content that they disagree with on the platforms.

The 34-year-old, who stole our hearts as Sam -- the young hopeless romantic opposite Liam Neeson -- in the iconic 2003 Christmas film, tied the knot with Talulah Riley after two years of dating.

The pair walked down the aisle on Saturday, June 22 in the English Village of Antsey in Hertfordshire, The Sun reported.

The 38-year-old bride wore a classic white gown with a full skirt and thin straps while the groom went a little more untraditional with a blue suit jacket, floral vest and grey pinstriped trousers. They met on the set of Disney+'s Sex Pistols drama Pistol in March 2021.

Riley was previously married to Tesla billionaire Elon Musk twice -- first from 2010 to 2012, and then from 2013 to 2016 -- the duo still remain friends with Musk even congratulating his ex-wife when she and Brodie-Sangster got engaged last year.

To announce her engagement to The Maze Runner star, Riley shared a selfie alongside the tweet, "Very happy to share that after two years of dating, Thomas Brodie Sangster and I are engaged!" Musk then replied to her announcement, tweeting: "Congratulations!" He also added a red heart emoji.

Meanwhile, Brodie-Sangster took to Instagram, sharing a photo of the pair on a gondola with the caption referencing Love Actually. "Happy to announce that Talulah and I are engaged. Love is all around X."

Elon Musk has an idiosyncratic way of engaging with X, the once-known-as-Twitter social media platform that he now owns. He does his share of corporate posting, offering up videos of Tesla cars and SpaceX rockets. But he also spends a lot of time amplifying right-wing propaganda, both directly in his feed and by replying to posts made by other people.

When you or I reply to a post on X, a few people might see it. When the owner of the site a guy with more than 187 million followers does it, it vastly boosts the visibility of that post. That holds true even when the poster is offering misinformation about crime and race in the United States.

On Monday evening, Musk offered a characteristically terse reply to one such post: !

The claim that prompted that expression of amazement? That there had been a marked increase in the number of White Americans killed by Black Americans over time.

Its true that things have changed since the 1950s, user eyeslasho wrote. 1950s: Blacks killed about 600 more whites each year than whites killed blacks. Now: Blacks kill nearly 1,500 more whites each year than whites kill blacks.

This isnt true, which well get to in a second.

This line of argument is not a novel one. For some time, racists have pointed to disparities in homicide rates as a way of suggesting that Black Americans are inherently dangerous or threatening to public safety. These assertions are often flatly wrong and almost always ignore extenuating factors, like poverty.

In 2015, Donald Trump shared an image suggesting that 4 in 5 White murder victims were killed by Black offenders, which is also false. At the time, the most recent available data showed that the vast majority of White murder victims were killed by White people, just as most Black murder victims are killed by Black people. Victims tend to be killed by people they know, and most people know mostly people who share their racial identity.

Setting aside the specific numbers offered by eyeslasho for a moment, theres a very good reason the number of people killed might have more than doubled since 1950 the U.S. population also more than doubled over that period.

The assertion being made isnt about rates of homicide, its about raw totals. So the number of people in the country matters. If you go from 1,000 murders in a population of 100 million to 1,800 murders in a population of 200 million (for example), theres a raw increase of 800 murders but a lower murder rate.

We should note that the rates of increase in the size of the White and other populations since 1950 have not been the same. The size of the White population increased by 50 percent between 1950 and 2020 while the size of the Black population increased by 170 percent. But, again, the baseline matters: The country added 70 million White people and only 26 million Black people.

In a later post, eyeslasho presented a chart that purported to be the source of their claim. It attributed the estimates of the number of homicide victims to the Centers for Disease Control and Preventions WONDER database. That tool uses data from the National Vital Statistics System, which doesnt include information about the race of the perpetrator of a homicide, only of the victim.

The FBI, though, does collect both pieces of information. An analysis of homicide trends from 1976 to 2005 posted at the Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) website doesnt tell us what the numbers looked like in the 1950s, but it does show that over time most homicides have been committed by offenders of the same racial group as victims.

In the late 1970s, the difference in the number of White homicide victims killed by Black offenders and the number of Black victims killed by White offenders averaged about 580. The peak came during the crime wave in the early 1990s, when the gap was about 960.

By 2019, the last year before crime surged during the coronavirus pandemic, the gap was 320 lower than at any point between 1976 and 2005. Washington Post analysis of raw data for 2022, obtained through the FBIs Data Discovery Tool, shows a gap of 444 killings. That is also lower than any point during the three decades in the BJS data.

Again, these are raw numbers, not ones adjusted for population. So even with the increase in population from 1976 to 2022, the number of homicides is lower, including across racial lines. Again, too, the homicides for which we have 2022 data show that 87 percent of White or Black homicide victims who were killed by a White or Black offender were killed by an offender of their own race.

One question that emerges here is how Musk saw this post in the first place. He largely follows right-wing users, so its possible that one of them retweeted it and brought it to Musks attention. Another question that emerges is why he felt that this claim suspect just from the standpoint of population increases deserved that exclamation point of amazement. What was it about a false claim that Black killings of White people had increased relative to White killings of Blacks that piqued his interest?

In May 2023, eyeslasho had another post on X that bears mentioning here. In it, he asserted that Musks acknowledging data on race and crime has done more to raise awareness of the disproportionalities observed in these data than anything I can remember.
