There are supermassive black holes roaming the universe – Persia Digest
Posted: at 3:15 am
The supermassive black holes They are generally found at a fixed location at the center of galaxies. However, it happens that some of these cosmic monsters tramp in the universe.
Observing and determining the size of supermassive black holes is not impossible, but it is still very difficult. A team of researchers from the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics has relied on a new set of simulations to determine the number of massive gravitational singularities roaming the universe. The study findings may have important implications for understanding the formation and development of supermassive black holes.
The mass of the TNSM (Supermassive Black Hole) is somewhat proportional to the mass of the surrounding galactic bulge. This suggests a link between the developments of the singularity and the galaxy.

TNSM is a different phenomenon from a simple black hole. The two objects operate according to different logic, and therefore are not born the same way. A stellar-mass black hole forms from the collapse of the core of a massive star. However, the mechanism does not explain the existence of supermassive gravitational singularities that are 55 times the mass of the Sun.
TNSM will be the result of accretion of stars, gas and dust, and mergers with other black holes. This set of processes can be amplified at the level of galactic nuclei, especially in the event of a collision between galaxies. However, the time scale in the universe is very different from our time scale. A galaxy collision can take a long time. This provides a potential window for integration disorder. The process can be delayed or even prevented altogether. Wandering supermassive black holes can arise in this way.

The Romulus Cosmic Simulator at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics has been called to calculate the number of galactic collisions that may have occurred in the universe. By doing so, the astronomers wanted to know how many TNSMs roaming the universe. Galaxies similar in mass to the Milky Way host an average of 12 supermassive black holes, which are typically found on the periphery of the galactic halo and far from the center. , note the research authors. Note that an article detailing the new study was published in the Journal of Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society last March.
In the early universe, about two billion years after the Big Bang, Romulus showed that the wandering TNSM was more numerous and brighter than the supermassive black holes at the center of galaxies. This means that massive wandering singularities will produce most of the light we can observe around TNSMs from galactic cores.

What does NSA, FWB, MBA mean? Modern dating lingo …

Written by Naz Haider | Published : January 27, 2017 10:17 AM IST
Call me a noob, but I don't usually get modern chatting jargons. Years ago, it took me a while to decode ROFL and TIA (thanks in advance), and then later I had to break my head over lingo modern parents used. DD, DS, DH are all darling daughter, darling son and darling husband respectively, and there are loads like these! It wasn't surprising, therefore, when I learnt of a few abbreviations people use on chats and dating platforms now and was totally clueless about what those meant. If you do not want to feel like an ancient caveman, you need to be up to date about the language people speak nowadays, and that includes knowing the terms people use. So to help you not feel lost, here is a list of terms that you need to know before you start swiping on tinder.
Have you come across any terms that you would like to share? Please post it in the comments below.

Back to inspections at NSA sheep sale at Builth Wells – The Scottish Farmer
Posted: at 3:14 am
Rams offered for sale at the NSA Wales and Border sale, at the Royal Welsh Showground, on Monday September 20, will be inspected, following the easing of Covid regulations.
The veterinary inspection system which is unique and sets the sales apart from others, gives buyers added confidence in the huge range of tups on offer, the organisers said.
Chairman Graham Jones added: Our policy first and foremost was to get the sale back on. Were glad were allowed to achieve the usual high standards now that the regulations have been eased.
Every precaution will be taken to safeguard against Covid. Masks will be available as well as sanitisers and biosecurity. The inspection decision does of course remain subject to covid regulations
The inspection system was devised by Montgomery vet, the late Terry Boundy, who was invited to the early planning meetings in the 1970s. He had seen ram inspections in New Zealand and suggested training and then overseeing a group of inspectors in overall ram inspection.
He recalled that he had seen so many rams with major testicular faults that could be picked out with a physical examination. Often rams that couldnt perform had a good libido and appeared to be working.

Former NSA O’Brien: Every Serious Person Knows This Is Biden’s Disaster – The Federalist
Posted: at 3:14 am
Every serious person knows that President Joe Biden is responsible for the botched Afghanistan withdrawal, says Ambassador Robert C. OBrien, former National Security Adviser to President Trump.
For days, Biden has tried to pin the unfurling Afghanistan crisis on his predecessor. But OBrien insisted the Republican administration wouldve handled the withdrawal differently.
The first and obvious question, would this have happened had President Trump been reelected? host Hugh Hewitt asked OBrien on Mondays Hugh Hewitt Show.
No, look, it would have never happened in this manner. I mean, the President was committed to drawing down troops from Afghanistan, but when he left office, there were 2,500 American troops, importantly, 5,000 NATO troops. Kabul was free, OBrien said.
Look, domestically on both sides of the aisle, everyone who is honest who will talk to you knows that President Trump would have never presided over a situation like this. That goes for our foreign friends and our foes alike. President Trump was all about peace through strength and America first, he added. And I dont think anyone in an honest moment, whatever theyre saying now, believes that this could have happened under President Trump and the strength that he projected. And so you know, its a sad situation for America.
In addition to noting that Trump promised he would not preside over a Saigon-style retreat from Afghanistan, OBrien said all the civilians would have had to have been evacuated before withdrawing the military.
He was not interested in at all seeing our foes driving around in American-made Humvees or vehicles or getting access to American weapons. So you know, it was critical that he wanted all the equipment retrograded back to America before we left, OBrien added. And then of course, with the Taliban, any attacks on the United States which they have engaged in with our troops, failure to negotiate in good faith with the government of Afghanistan, those would have all been conditions that would have been, you know, slowed down or stopped withdrawal. So this wouldnt have happened under [Trump].
OBrien then called on Americans to pray for our soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines and the leadership of this country and implored the current administration to evacuate our friends, the interpreters and other enablers, locally-employed staff of the embassy.
Weve got to focus right now on making this evacuation work, as bad as things look, OBrien said.
Jordan Davidson is a staff writer at The Federalist. She graduated from Baylor University where she majored in political science and minored in journalism.

NSA boss appeals for increase in budget allocation to Sports Ministry – Myjoyonline
Posted: at 3:14 am
Director-General of the National Sports Authority (NSA), Prof Peter Twumasi, is anticipating an increase in budgetary allocation for sports, following Ghanas success at the 2020 Olympic Games held in Tokyo, Japan.
According to the NSA boss, who was the leader of the governments delegation at the 2020 Tokyo global sports festival, Ghanas achievement at the games makes a strong case for a review of sports budget allocation.
Team Ghana made good impressions during the games, winning her first medal at the Olympics in 29 years. Samuel Takyi won bronze in the featherweight division, ending Ghanas 49-year wait for an Olympic boxing medal.
Ghanas 4x100m men relay team also booked a place in the final of the track event for the first time since the 1996 Atlanta Olympics.
In the process of achieving this feat, the team broke the national record, which stood at 38.12 seconds set at the 1997 World Championships in Greece by the quartet of Aziz Zakari, Emmanuel Tuffour, Abu Duah and Eric Nkansah, with a new record of 38.08 secs.
In swimming, Abeiku Jackson, who topped his heat, also broke his own national record, and Christian Amoah of weightlifting also broke a national record and is currently ranked 12thin the world in his weight division.
These successes have enforced the call for a review of the budgetary allocation of the least financed sporting disciplines.
The NSA has been starved of the requisite resources and support to maximize its search stream to achieve its mandate of unearthing talents and enhancing sports development in Ghana.
Speaking in an interview with LUV FMs Delali Atiase, the NSA boss noted that Samuel Takyis boxing medal buttresses why the country should increase the budget allocation for the sports ministry, which in 2020 stood around 40 million.
I think you are right [the budget] has to go up, the NSA boss said.
The Presidents commitment is there, and I think what we have to get done should be how it can be reflected in the Finance Ministers budget for next year.
The whole of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, our budget doesnt exceed 40 million, if you convert it, its less than $10 million, what can you do with this? he quizzed.
It is like an amount for one department for the Ministry of Energy or maybe education, and this is what is being used for all federations.
So, if the federation is not able to secure some support, sponsorship from other organizations, then they suffer.
At the National Sports Authority, maybe the whole year, probably Im given about 10 million, and Im able to access about 5 million; what can you do with this?
Professor Twumasi believes the time is ripe for the government to support the other sporting disciplines, just like is done for football.
Its time for us to look at the financing of some of these federations because we have realized that its not only football that can give us that joy.
The National Sports Authority will send our exclusive budget, and Im sure that the Ministry of Youth and Sports will forward it, and then the Finance Minister may have to increase it, he emphasised.

India and its traditional ally Russia have agreed to step up coordination amid unfolding situation in Afghanistan following US and NATO troops pullout.
The Afghan situation was discussed threadbare when Deputy NSA Pankaj Saran visited Moscow this week to meet Russian NSA Nikolay Patrushev & Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov.
On what was a quiet visit there were excellent discussions on evolving situation and considerable common ground and interests especially given exit of US and NATO, diplomatic sources told ET.
Visit of Dy NSA Amb. Pankaj Saran to Moscow: meeting with Secretary of Russian National Security Council H.E. Mr. Nikolai Patrushev & Dy Secretary of the Russian Security Council H.E. Mr. Alexander Venediktov; discussions covered regional & international issues incl. #Afghanistan according to an Indian Embassy tweet.
Indian envoy to Moscow B Ventakesh Varma and officials of the National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS) were part of the meeting.
Patrushev, who shares a close rapport with his Indian counterpart, AK Doval, told Izvestia daily of Russia this week that the situation in Afghanistan must be settled through dialogue.
"We will focus on the political and diplomatic efforts regarding Afghanistan and will be looking for ways of establishing an inter-Afghani dialogue and a peaceful resolution of the existing problems in the country jointly with our partners," he said, adding, "We have reinvigorated contacts at the level of security councils, military and special services with the countries located near Afghanistan, first of all, with Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, as well as with China, Iran, India and Pakistan.
