The Evolution of Workplace Culture in the COVID-19 era – YourStory

The pre- and post-COVID-19 eras are drastically different. The way of life before the pandemic set in now seems so far removed. Many things that were part of everyday life, such as restaurants, shopping places, stadia, and more, are all shuttered, and thus a lot of people are bereft of employment.
The crisis has massively altered how work is done, which has, among others, had a bearing on the work of HR professionals. There is no longer a question of whether work can be done remotely, because as has been seen across verticals, most are operable on a remote basis with employees not congregating at a single workplace. There has also been some discussion on whether and for how long this will continue, and if and when operations will revert to the old way.
What HR leaders must realize is that the way of work does not imply a binary choice either remote or onsite. There is clearly no one right, possible way, even though history may suggest otherwise. Looking ahead, the wise choice would be to combine both options in a balance that is tailored to the particular needs of each employee. Work from home could be the norm, but then again, people could be allowed to work from office if that suits them better.
In the course of their HR careers, professionals will also see that though often the value of work has been seen to lie in personalized advice to clients often offered in face-to-face interactions, digital environments are also conducive to letting such relationships thrive. Technology can facilitate and has facilitated creative ways of staying in touch with clients, with advantages that may be hard to let go of if at all things return to the way they were.
Undoubtedly, this will lead to the evolution of workplace culture to very different forms, with marked improvements. The different changes are explained below:
Work and home life cannot be strictly separated
Tradition may suggest otherwise, but work and home life are very closely connected. Team video calls often see unplanned interruptions from either background noise, inadvertent entry of family members, or other factors. These may detract from a 100% smooth flow of work, but HR professionals must realize they help team members know each other better, and thus such interactions should be encouraged.
Employers must show more empathy
The crisis has shown HR leaders even more closely that employee lives outside office matter, and significantly so. There is a need to support those aspects of their lives, so that they can discharge professional responsibilities even better. This could include flexible work schedules, enabling work from home for more employees, mental health support, and care for children and elder family members.
There is a new dynamic of trust between employer and employee
Work from home has become a necessity, and along with this, the workforce has become multi-generational, comprising Generations X, Y, and Z, among others. Different factors drive and motivate different generations within the same workforce, and as part of their HR careers, professionals must facilitate the discarding of preconceived notions and the establishment of new lines of communication and reporting. And because all such options could not be tested before implementation, employees will need to be trusted to get the job done.
This also implies employers must be trusted to provide all requisite support to employees. This would include different aspects of their well being, their job security, and other considerations. Well-settled employees are critical for both company and individual success, and they are intrinsic to the right business output.
Appreciate what was taken for granted
With the new normal settling in, there are no more face-to-face interactions with office colleagues, no jovial office atmosphere, and no feeling of possibility that would come about with multiple minds working together in the same office space. HR leaders must recognize the true pluses of office environments, and arrive at a prejudice-free viewpoint on work from home vs at office.
Focus on the purpose
Authenticity and purpose have been key focus areas for companies. HR professionals have had to contribute to aligning the brand and values of the company with those of individual employees. In the current situation, there is also newfound appreciation for public health workers and for communities coming together to fight the crisis. The purpose for companies and individuals now also encompasses perhaps most importantly surviving the COVID-19 crisis with minimal scarring. Working together toward this end will ensure a stronger relationship between the two.
The future is dynamic
There can be no certainty in defining the future, which is why HR leaders must work hard to bring together a multi-generational workforce when marching in the direction of common purposes. The new virtual workplace still requires conversations, creativity, ideas, and inspiration, and regular, clear communication plays an indelible part in facilitating and attaining these goals.
The aforementioned considerations imply multiple demands upon those working on their HR careers. The Information Enigma: A Closer Look – Discovery Institute

The first video in our Intelligent Design YouTube Festival, The Information Enigma, consolidates the research and writing of Stephen Meyer and Douglas Axe into a 21-minute video. The presentation demonstrates how the information present in life points unambiguously to intelligent design. This topic is central to intelligent design arguments and the ID research program. Here I will flesh out in greater detail the concept of biological information, and I will explain why significant quantities of it cannot be generated through natural processes.
A pioneer in the field of information theory was Claude Shannon who connected the concept of information to the reduction in uncertainty and to probability. As an example, knowing the five-digit ZIP Code for an address eliminates uncertainty about a buildings location. And, the four-digit extension to the ZIP Code provides additional information that reduces the uncertainty even further. Conversely, randomly generating the correct five-digit ZIP Code corresponds to a probability of 1 in 100,000, while generating the correct nine-digit ZIP Code corresponds to a probability of 1 in a billion. The latter is much less probable, so the nine-digit code contains more information.
Shannon quantified the amount of information in a pattern in what he defined as the Shannon measure of information. In the simplest case, the quantity is proportional to the log of 1/p, where p is the probability of a pattern occurring by chance. For the five-digit code, p would be 1/100,000, and 1/p would be 100,000. This measure can be thought of as the minimal number of answers to Yes-No questions that would be required to identify 1 out of N choices. To illustrate, imagine attempting to identify a pre-chosen famous actor out of eight possible people. If the answer to each question about the mystery individual eliminated half of the options, the correct answer could be determined with three questions. Therefore, learning the answer corresponds to acquiring 3 bits of information. Note that 2 to the power of 3 is 8, or conversely, log (base 2) of 8 is 3.
Information theory has been applied to biology by such figures as Hubert Yockey. In this context, Shannons definition had to be modified to distinguish between arbitrary patterns and those that performed some function. Shannons measure was modified to quantify functional information. The measure of functional information corresponds to the probability of a random pattern achieving some target goal. For instance, if 1 in 1024 amino acid sequences formed a structure that accelerated a specific reaction, the functional information associated with that sequence would equate to 10 bits since 10 Yes-No questions would have to be asked to select 1 entity out of 1024 possibilities. Mathematically, 2 to the power of 10 is 1024, or log (base 2) of 1024 is 10. More advanced measures for functional information have been developed including algorithmic specified complexity and the more generalized canonical specified complexity. They follow the same basic logic. These measures help relate the information content of biological molecules and structures to their functional capacities.
The information content of a proteins amino acid sequence directly relates to its ability to control chemical reactions or other processes. In general, the higher the information content, the higher the level of fine-grained control over outcomes and the greater the capacity for elaborate molecular manipulations. For amino acid sequences with higher information content are more specified, so they can fold into three-dimensional shapes of greater precision and complexity. In turn, the higher specificity requirement corresponds to proteins being more susceptible to mutations a few amino acid changes will often completely disable them. Functional sequences are consequently less probable, which is another signature of greater information content. This connection between information, sequence rarity, and complexity of function has profound implications for Doug Axes protein research.
Axe demonstrated that the probability for a random amino acid sequence to fold into one section (domain) of a functional -lactamase protein is far too small for it to ever occur by chance. Therefore, the information content is too great to originate through a random search. Yet -lactamase performs the relatively simple task of breaking apart an antibiotic molecule. In contrast, many of the proteins required for the origin of life perform much more complex operations (see here, here, and here). The same holds true for many proteins required in the construction of new groups of organisms (e.g., animal phyla). Therefore, these proteins information content must be even greater. So the probability of their originating through a random search is even smaller.
This conclusion is deeply problematic for evolutionary theory since no natural process can generate quantities of information substantially larger than what could result from a random search. The limitation results from No Free Lunch theorems as demonstrated by the research of Robert J. Marks, Winston Ewert, and William Dembski (see here and here). It is further supported by theorems derived from research in computer science. For instance, computer scientist Leonid Levin demonstrated the conservation of independence in information-bearing systems. He stated the following:
The information I(x:y) has a remarkable invariance; it cannot be increased by random or deterministic (recursive) processing of x or y. This is natural, since if x contains no information about y then there is little hope to find out something about y by processing x. (Torturing an uninformed witness cannot give information about the crime!)
The conservation law simply means that the information, I(x:y), present in one system, x, coinciding with another, y, cannot increase through any natural process. A nearly identical conclusion comes from information theory in what is known as the data processing inequality. It states that the information content of a signal cannot be increased by any local physical operation.
In terms of evolution, the first system (the signal) could be a duplicated gene or a nonfunctional section of DNA freely mutating, and the second could be any functional protein sequence into which the gene/section could potentially evolve. The theorems mandate that a DNA sequence (x) could never appreciably increase in functional information, such as more greatly resembling a new enzyme (y). This constraint makes the evolution of most novel proteins entirely implausible.
In the video, Stephen Meyer explains how information points to intelligent design by the same logic used in the historical sciences. In addition, the information processing machinery of life demonstrates unmistakable evidence of foresight, coordination, and goal direction. And, these signatures unambiguously point to intelligent agency. The same arguments hold true to an even greater degree for the origin of life. The only pressing question is to what extent critics can continue to allow their philosophical bias to override biological informations clear design implications.

Where in the universe can life evolve? When scientists discuss this question, theyre usually talking about what kinds of planets might support Alien life.But some researchers are thinking bigger.
In recent years, astronomers have been investigating whether some types of galaxies are more hospitable to life than others. Unsurprisingly, most researchers think large spiral galaxies like our own Milky Way might be good candidates for life. But in a recent paper, one research team proposes that some dwarf galaxies may be another category of habitable galaxies. Though studies of galactic habitability are in their infancy, as the studys authors note, this research poses fundamental questions about how life in the universe comes to be.
Its almost [a] completely new field, terra incognita, so to speak, study author Milan irkovi of the Astronomical Observatory of Belgrade said via email. Such things are always exciting.
Large spiral galaxies are one galaxy type that researchers think may be good for developing life. Our own planet is the only known example of life arising in such a galaxy, but spirals pack relatively high amounts of the heavy elements needed to form rocky planets.
However,Alien life life in a spiral galaxy can have its downsides, too. These galaxies form new stars more actively and have more dangerous cosmic events, like supernova explosions, compared to other galaxies. Those kinds of disasters can spew harmful radiation into nearby space and potentially destroy planets biospheres.
So, perhaps galaxies with less active star formation, and fewer cosmic explosions, might be calmer, safer places that allow planets more time to develop life.
irkovi and his team tested this idea by studying more than 100,000 galaxies that other astronomers created in simulations. They found that small galaxies, or dwarf galaxies, with relatively high amounts of heavy elements may be promising candidates for habitability.
For example, the Large Magellanic Cloud, a dwarf galaxy orbiting the Milky Way, is one example of a high-metallicity dwarf galaxy. These galaxies have plenty of heavy elements for creating rocky planets and tend to be calmer environments with fewer explosions to disrupt the formation of life.
Its a kind of sweet spot in the galactic zoo of all the different galaxies, irkovi wrote.
The researchers published their paper in the journalMonthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society. A version of the paper is accessible on the pre-print sitearxiv.org.

Lets face it, Wolverine has often been lauded as the epitome of hetero-masculinity for quite some time, and there are no doubt plenty of receipts to show why that vision persists.
The rough and tough character is just overflowing with testosterone-filled badassery and there are more than enough comics to back that up. Hes the best there is at what he does, and what he does isnt very nice, right? Hes maimed and killed for years, and in that time, had more than his fair share of relationships with women in the greater Marvel Universe. From Mariko Yashida, Itsu who bore his son Daken to even Mystique as well as lesser known characters like Rose OHara and Silver Fox, the list continues of Wolverines sexual exploitations over the years. But in the course of this history, there has also been a slowly evolving broadening of his sexuality that while not canonically confirmed yet, shows there is more to this character than meets the eye, and trust me, there is a LOT that meets the eye. But its time for fans and more importantly, Marvel, to come to terms with the ever-elusive notion that Wolverine isnt just a straight man.
While this isnt a declaration of a definitive sexual orientation for our beloved Canadian mutant, there are more than a few instances throughout his history showing an evolution, both intentionally and unintentionally on Marvels part. The first and most prominent example of Wolverines increasingly fluid sexuality you will undoubtedly come across is a series titled X-Treme X-Men which began in 2012 spinning out of Astonishing X-Men featuring one Captain Howlett during his travels through the multiverse. In these travels, it is eventually revealed in X-Treme X-Men #10 that this version of Wolverine shared a romantic love with none other than Hercules.
Their love in this story reaches great depths, and when it is eventually lost, the grief that Logan feels is powerful. When this happens, the person beside him is quite literally the alternate version of himself, the Wolverine from the Astonishing X-Men. Its an interesting moment to see the two grapple with the loss of this love as the mainstream vision stands just behind a vision of Wolverine that captured what he cannot. But in the heat of the moment there is only room for one tear and then that story becomes just a memory, destined to be lost to multidimensional retcons and reboots. A move like this for a character like Wolverine appearing in an alternate universe comes as no surprise, as Marvel has shown a strong reluctance to promoting these themes for him even when it is rather obvious.
Wolverines relationships with other men in the past have been complicated to say the least. Going all the way back to the Giant-Size X-Men #1 in 1975 when we are first introduced to the unique chemistry Wolverine shares with Nightcrawler, it didnt really start all that well. Wolverine jokes and pokes fun at Nightcrawler often, but as we all know, the two would eventually grow remarkably close. It has rarely hit a point beyond close friends, even during the Marvel Comics Presents #101-108 run in 1992 titled Male Bonding which saw the two reunite for the first time following the Mutant Massacre. Here we see the closeness of their dynamics come to the forefront, once more only providing hints though. There have been interesting highlights, such as when Wolverine lashed out at Nightcrawler during Uncanny X-Men #143 in 1981 after Wolverine attempted to introduce Mariko at the X-Mansion to even recently when the two were able to share a moment of reflection just before a suicide mission in House of X #4 in 2019, the emotional depths of their relationship has been firmly put into place. But in order to take it beyond friendship, creators have been forced to sneak in signals right under Marvels nose, which as many fans of X-Men will know, isnt all that much of a rarity.
In Wolverine #6 by Greg Rucka, Darick Robertson and Tom Palmer, we find Wolverine and Nightcrawler catching up at a bar sharing their love of beer together. Its yet another moment that shows the intensity of their bond and how it can take shape, but for this issue, it isnt the interior pages that make it stand out, its the cover.
The racy, not-so-nuanced cover featuring some provocative imagery between Wolverine and a definitely nude Nightcrawler is an example of the extremes that creators have gone to get hints across without the notice of strict editorial decisions. There arent many overt comic panels that you can point to as a definitive moments for a character like Wolverine in exploring sexuality, and that is something that Marvel continues to struggle with across the Mutantdom even today, but the cover to Wolverine #6 is a perfect example of that exploration making itself known regardless. People like series writer Greg Rucka and Jill Pantozzi have commented on the issues release with this cover and CBR even spoke with cover artist Esad Ribic after the issue was published saying ..

Esad is a big, cheerful, man with a wicked sense of humor.
He just looked at me.
And then he smiled.
And the smile got bigger.
And bigger.
And he said, And nobody at Marvel noticed!
And then he couldnt stop laughing.
These types of tidbits arent breaking news to longtime fans of X-Men, but its a process that becomes apparent in unique ways with this character. And that is ultimately the process that I am interested in with Wolverine and the constant state of evolution weve found the character in.
Despite the curious moments that fill Wolverines history, this is not a situation involving a prominent declaration such as when we finally got Iceman out definitively as gay. Its about the exploration of sexuality itself and how the process of self-discovery can manifest in our relationships both with ourselves and others. Weve seen a new stage in that process recently with even more hints coming from Hickman in the exciting Dawn of X initiative which sees Logan approaching his relationship with both Jean and Scott in an entirely new way, sparking countless discussions of something deeper happening with both of them. Even suggesting a throuple status between the famed trio thanks to some interesting pieces of information from HoX/PoX and what came after.
With Krakoa allowing them to all share a home together on the Moon in a place called the Summers House in X-Men #1 (2019), fans were quick to point out that the living arrangements placed Scott and Logans room on either side of Jeans to conjoin them. It was once again a subtle hint, but it was then followed with a more on-the-nose conversation between Scott and Logan in issue #7 when Logan responds Well, who could say no to that? when Scott mentions himself in a Speedo as part of the scenery. Their relationship has certainly become more intimate as of late, with fans even going so far as to point out flirtatious touching between Cyclops and Wolverine. However, the history of LGBT+ representation in the X-Men is filled with hints and nonconfirmations such as this, and while some creators have been able to overcome this method and explore certain characters sexuality more openly, it seems Wolverine has been left to just vague references.
Over the course of decades, more intense emotions flare and make themselves known in both subtle and not-so-subtle ways, but they are also never followed up on in any sort of meaningful way. Wolverines constant evolution followed by periods of erasure represents an editorial process that reflects the industry itself and how its been able to find a voice in such matters, not always doing so successfully. Not only this, it also shows that every LGBT+ story will not look the same, and with all of the moments we can find even in Wolverines past, its the examination of oneself that represents the journey. Ive found a sense of relatability in the journey that Wolverine is on as a character and where we as readers see him today.
Wolverines journey in its entirety, both on and off the panel, represents an evolution of masculine male sexuality despite expectations when confronted with erasure. Its worthwhile, giving a voice to those with a story not nearly as recognizable as others, and its got the precedent to continue the exploration in a meaningful way, but where we go from here is up to Marvel.

Headache may be a key symptom of COVID-19 that predicts the diseases clinical evolution in individual patients, new research suggests. An observational study of more than 100 patients showed that headache onset could occur during the presymptomatic or symptomatic phase of COVID-19 and could resemble tension-type or migraine headache.
Headache itself was associated with a shorter symptomatic period, while headache and anosmia (loss of sense of smell) were associated with a shorter hospitalization period. In a subgroup of participants, headache persisted even after the symptoms of COVID-19 had been resolved.
Investigators note that understanding the pathophysiology of headache in COVID-19 could improve understanding of migraine and other headache disorders.
It seems that those patients who start early on, during the asymptomatic or early symptomatic period of COVID-19, with headache have a more localized inflammatory response that may reflect the ability of the body to better control and respond to the infection by SARS-CoV2, lead investigator Patricia Pozo-Rosich, MD, PhD, head of the Headache and Craniofacial Pain Unit at Vall dHebron University Hospital, Barcelona, Spain, told Medscape Medical News.
She presented the findings at the American Headache Society (AHS) Annual Meeting 2020, which was virtual this year because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Systemic Inflammation
Headache is one of the main symptoms of COVID-19. A recent study of 214 patients with COVID-19 showed that approximately 13% of the participants had headache and 5% had anosmia. SARS-CoV2 penetrates the cells through the ACE2 receptor, which is present throughout the body.
SARS-CoV2 enters the body through the nasal cavity and it probably penetrates the nervous system in the periphery through afferent branches of the olfactory and trigeminal nerve, Pozo-Rosich said.
It travels to the lungs and, later, the bloodstream. This generates systemic inflammation that may turn into a cytokine storm. Evidence has identified cortical hyperintensities and olfactory bulb hyperintensities in patients with COVID-19, suggesting that the virus directly infects the central nervous system.
Interleukin-6 (IL-6), one of the main inflammatory molecules, has been proven to be related to COVID-19 and has become a therapeutic target. Levels of IL-6 may be lower and tend to be more stable in patients with both COVID-19 and headache than in patients with COVID-19 only.
The researchers observed 130 patients (51% women; mean age, 54 years) with COVID-19 who were attended by neurologists at Vall dHebron. In this group, 74.4% had headache.
Patients with headache tended to be younger than those without headache (mean age, 50 years vs 63 years, respectively) and tended to be women (58.6% vs 29.4%).
Approximately one third of patients with headache had a history of migraine. Most reported mild to moderate pain that resembled tension-type headache. In participants with severe pain and migraine-like features, headache more often began during the asymptomatic phase of COVID-19.
The headache preceding typical COVID-19 symptoms was distinct from the patients usual migraine, alluding to the possibility that headache related to COVID-19 is mechanistically different than migraine. It is possible that headache is a manifestation of COVID-19 CNS invasion or cytokine storm, though further data are needed.
The first patients headache resolved with resolution of other COVID-19 symptoms, while the second patient continued to have headaches for two weeks after resolution of typical COVID-19 symptoms. Moreover, the first patient did not have migrainous features with her continuous headache.

Animals on land are cognitively more advanced than most of their aquatic counterparts. One of these faculties include planning for the future. There is a difference between a planned move and a move which is the result of intrinsic habitual instincts.
Lets take an example. When a fish (a prey) senses an attack by a predator, the immediate move it makes is to go in the opposite direction, which comes out of habitual instincts. But for a land animal, both in prey and predators, things might become a bit different. A predator plans in advance before unleashing the attack on his prey, and the prey in return will also behave in a manner that goes beyond what is simply behavioural instinct.
All animals -- on land or in water -- had the same amount of time to evolve, so why do land animals have most of the smarts?was the question that led Professor Malcolm Maclver of Northwestern University to conduct an elaborate experiment. The results of it has been published in Nature Communication on June 16.
Malcolm Maclver has been engaged in a series of studies to find out why and how the land animals have evolved the ability to plan. The Nature paper is the latest one of the series of studies.
The research findings show that complex landscapes have given impetus to the evolution of advanced cognitive abilities of planning in case of land animals. While open water is vastly empty, land is filled with obstaclestrees, hills, water streams etc. in between vast open fields.This has provided the prey spaces to hide and the predators could hide themselves before a sneak attack is being attempted. This landscape composition, according to Malcolm, might have provided the land animals the ability of planning.
But, there is also a limit that a landscape provides an evolutionary edge to the animals dwelling on it. The researchers found that either simple landscape like open fields or packed landscapes like dense forests could not offer any advantage for the land animals.
Malcolm, a professor of biomedical and mechanical engineering, in his previous studies found those animals who rose from water and invaded the land, somewhere 385 million years back, developed their capacity to see to an enormous distance than they could inside water. His hypothesis suggests that the ability to see much further from the perspective of a prey or a predator, needed more brain power than hunting in open and vastly empty water. But the new study throws new light to this previous hypothesis and suggests that not only better vision capacity but also landscape characteristics provided the land animals the edge to develop planning ability, which is required in the land mixed of plain, vegetation, hills, water, etc.
We speculated that moving onto land poured jet fuel on the evolution of the brain as it may have advantaged the hardest cognitive operation there is: Envisioning the future. It could explain why we can go out for seafood, but seafood can't go out for us, Malcolm is quoted to have said.
Stating this hypothesis, Malcolm and his colleagues started with computer simulations in order to test the survival rates of prey hunted by a predator in two circumstances. Number one is habit based, that is instinctive and number two is plan based, that is out of possible ways, selecting the near perfect one. The team created an open world without much obstacles to mimic an aquatic condition and then added objects of different densities to mimic a land.
In a situation that depicts simple aquatic or terrestrial environments, as the study found, survival rate of the prey that uses habit-based instinctive drive and also those having planning capacity is low. Same was the case for too densely packed environment like coral reefs or the dense rainforests.
In those simple open or highly packed environments, there is no benefit to planning. In the open aquatic environments, you just need to run in the opposite direction and hope for the best. While in the highly packed environments, there are only a few paths to take, and you are not able to strategise because you can't see far. In these environments, we found that planning does not improve your chances of survival, he said.
But landscapes like that of Savanna, having open fields with patches of vegetation, the findings show, increase the survival rate for those having planning capabilities. As planning increases, the likelihood of survival that the brain structure provided the animals planning capacity could have been evolutionarily selected.

Fridays new content in MLB The Show 20 included a variety of new Diamond player cards that gamers can add to Diamond Dynasty squads. Among those is a new 99 overall Diamond via the Jackie Robinson MLB The Show 20 Evolution program. In addition, theres the new Fathers Day Program complete with a new Conquest Map and a Diamond Ken Griffey Sr. card available.
On June 19, we saw four new Diamond players go into Ducks on the Pond and Headliners Set 29 packs. However, there are a few more Diamond player cards to speak of, that gamers can earn through Moments and Missions. The first is the upgraded Jackie Robinson MLB The Show 20 Evolution item.
The former National League MVP and World Series Champion previously had lower-rated cards available through Moments and Missions. Those included the 83 OVR, 88 OVR, and 94 OVR versions of the Brooklyn Dodgers star. Gamers unlock these through the Player Programs area by tallying a certain number of points through the completion of the Missions and Moments.
Now, theres the ultimate player item for Jackie Robinson, a 99 OVR Diamond. Heres a look at the attributes which include Diamond Hitting and Defense:
Youll need to move through each of the first three stages of the Jackie Robinson MLB The Show 20 Player Program in order to unlock Stage 4. Once you do, youll have to get up to a total of 200 Points to unlock the 99 overall Diamond card. However, looking at those stats, youll want this version of Jackie Robinson on your roster.
Fathers Day 2020 arrives on Sunday, June 21, and in celebration, MLB The Show 20 unveiled new content. For the Fathers Day Program, gamers can participate in new Moments involving father-son duos from baseball history. They include the Gwynns, Bichettes, Biggios, and of course, the Griffeys.
By playing through eight new Moments, gamers can rack up 50 points to unlock the following Ken Griffey Sr. 90 OVR Diamond item:
Along with the Ken Griffey Sr. Moments, there is a brand new Fathers Day Conquest Map as shown below. In Conquest, youll use your Diamond Dynasty team to try to take over territories on the map, earning rewards along the way. Rewards include The Show Stubs, Packs, XP, and a Diamond Fathers Day Nameplate, as well as Hidden items.
