A five rating is the highest number given by the Food Standards Agency, meaning the business was found to have very good hygiene standards.

The food hygiene inspector will look at how hygienically the food is handled, the cleanliness of the building, and how it manages, secures and records food.

The list of five star rated premises were obtained from the Food Standard agency website and confirmed as correct with the local council as of March 6, 2020.

A spokesperson for Flintshire County Council confirmed that the information gathered from the FSA is correct.
