About Topical Roflumilast Cream (ARQ-151)Topical roflumilast cream (ARQ-151) is a topical cream formulation containing roflumilast, a PDE4 inhibitor, that Arcutis is developing to treat plaque psoriasis, including intertriginous psoriasis, and atopic dermatitis.
