http://www.alohayogashala.com Aloha Yoga Shala presents this 200hr Yoga Teacher Training for those who want to teach Yoga as a healing modality and/or for those who are interested in deepening their own personal yoga practice. This training will provide a solid foundation in Hatha Yoga and will include 200 hours of instruction and practice in Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Practical Anatomy/Physiology, Therapeutic Alignment Principles, Hands-on and Verbal Adjustments, and the Art of Teaching. This therapeutic yoga teacher training will emphasize instructing yoga with a focus on health and wellness to the general population as well as instructing yoga to those with specific therapeutic needs.
