Virginia Center for Neuroscience, directed by Dr. Seth Tuwiner, is located in Leesburg, Virginia across the street from INOVA Loudoun County Hospital. With residency training at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California followed by fellowship training at Thomas Jefferson Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dr. Tuwiner is a board certified neurologist with subspecialty training in neuromuscular disease, epilepsy, clinical neurophysiology.

In addition to being board certified in neurology, he has subspecialty certifications in electromyography by the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, Neuromuscular Medicine by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (APBN), clinical neurophysiology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), Brain Injury Medicine by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), Vascular/Stroke Neurology also by the ABPN, and carotid Doppler ultrasound and transcranial dopper ultrasound interpretation by the American Society of Neuroimaging.

Dr. Tuwiner's expertise in diagnosing and treating various neurological conditions is vested in extensive post-residency fellowship training and multiple board certifications in neurology sub-specialties.
