Nasa plan may face Thai parliament scrutiny

Bangkok (The Nation/ANN) - A weather research project proposed by the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (Nasa) may not get a chance to take off from U-tapao in Thailand this year as the country's Foreign Minister Surapong Towichuk-chaikul said yesterday Cabinet was likely to decide today to put the proposal to parliament.
