HES DIRECTOR OF THE PAPPARLARDO MICRO NANO ENGINEERING LAB. CHINA HAS IDENTIFIED A NEED TO STEP UP ITS ADVANCEMENTS IN NANO TECHNOLOG CHEN RECEIVED ABOUT $355,000 IN COMPENSATION HELPING. AMONG THE CHARGES WIRE FRAUD, FAILURE TO REPORT A CHINESE BANK ACCOUNT, AND FALSE STATEMENTS ON HIS ON TAX RETURNS.
