Longevity Connection in Danvers offers one-stop-shop

The Longevity Connection (TLC), the new branch of North Shore Elder Services (NSES) in Danvers, will host its grand opening on Wednesday, Dec. 5, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 152 Sylvan St., Danvers.

Open to the public, seniors, caregivers and those in related fields, the event will provide tours, talks and informal access to the organizations Longevity Liaisons (MSW social workers who specialize in assessing geriatric needs), senior staff and a full continuum of service and product provider professional affiliates, already vetted by the organization.

Were very excited to spread the word about our mission of bringing to the North Shore community its first one-stop resource center for meeting the needs of seniors and their families, says TLC Manager Eileen Lubas. We offer a single point of contact for information, assistance, services, products and support across a comprehensive span of elder care needs.

According to Longevity Connection Founder and Director Paul Lanzikos, We created The Longevity Connection to innovatively answer a need for fully vetted, easily accessible, reasonably priced and seamlessly delivered technologies, products, information and services. We look forward to showing the community how we can help elders and their families navigate lifes transitions that arise due to aging.

The facility includes a retail shop of state-of-the-art devices and adaptive clothing, a computer lab, a bookstore and lending library of current elder care topics, meeting rooms and more.

The Longevity Connection (TLC), founded in 2012 as a branch of North Shore Elder Services, provides seniors, those with disabilities and caregivers with a full-service one-stop-shop. The organization features comprehensive on-site products and resources, professional MSW Longevity Liaisons, a full continuum of services by vetted TLC Professional Affiliates all backed by the local knowledge provided by parent organization North Shore Elder Services, which has been helping elders for 35 years.
