On Longevity in Music: "I think it was a matter of us just being ourselves. With Tribe, we always produced our own stuff, with the exception of maybe one or two cuts [...] but it was always Q-Tip and Ali pretty much. We would just go in the studio and whatever happened, happened. It was a vibe." On New Music: "I #39;m looking forward to Diggy Simmons, being that he #39;s from where I #39;m from, from Queens [...] I #39;m looking forward to seeing what he brings to the table. I #39;m really excited about that. There #39;s a lot of people out there who have a lot of potential but my favorite right now, as far as newcomers, is Kendrick Lamar.
