Character Blogs. Don #39;t Do It: 1 Minute Marketing with Monique @BoxcarMarketing
Character blogs certainly have their place, but for the most part authors are better served by blogging as themselves vs. a character. The breadth of content, the longevity and the ability to build a platform beyond a single character are among the many reasons that I suggest authors avoid writing character blogs. There are legitimate reasons you might want to consider this, but make sure you actually have well thought out reasons for writing as a character vs. as the author. Likewise, a team mascot character blog might make sense for sports teams or schools but, again, I #39;d be clear on the business reasons for doing so.From:boxcarmarketingViews:0 0ratingsTime:00:55More inEducation
