Topics include: The Feinstein Institute’s endowment as one of the select Morris K. Udall Centers of Excellence in Parkinson’s Disease Research, the affiliation agreement between the Feinstein Institute and the Thomas Hartman Foundation for Parkinson’s Research to better understand Parkinson’s, comparisons of MRI, PetScan and other testing methods, the ability to measure side effects from levodopa, and the ability to scan the brain throughout the course of the disease to identify damaged brain circuits at the earliest stage.
