Today is the aniversary of taking my health into my own hands and using cannabis as my medicine! But that's not the only thing I have done to improve my health, diet plays a huge part on the symptoms of Crohn's Disease, which is an Auto Immune Disease and an Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD not IBS).
