HOUSTON - Capital murder charges were filed Monday against the great-grandson of a Houston pastor, KSAT sister station KPRC-Houston report. Houston police said Cameron Dorsey, 20, confessed to using a sledgehammer to kill his great-grandfather and great-aunt. Vincent Dorsey, 89, and his daughter, Barbara Ann Alexander, 61, were found dead inside the pastor #39;s burning home last Thursday. "I was hoping it wasn #39;t true. My heart goes out to the family," said Winza Momon. The community is still trying to come terms with the loss of their pastor. "When we first moved here (Cameron Dorsey) come to ask my grandson to go to church," said Momon. "That #39;s why I couldn #39;t believe he did it." Police said Dorsey, an aspiring rapper, immediately became a person of interest after he was seen leaving Vincent Dorsey #39;s house shortly before a fire broke out. Firefighters found Vincent Dorsey and his daughter dead inside the home. "He seemed like he was a nice young man. It didn #39;t seem like he would do nothing like that," said Momon. Detectives said Cameron Dorsey was living with his great-grandfather after serving time in jail on a charge of theft from the elderly. However, investigators said Vincent Dorsey had recently asked his great-grandson to move out. Police said Cameron Dorsey also stole the family car, which was later found abandoned in Chambers County.
