Physiology-Aerobic VS Anaerobic
An audio clip taken from lecture on muscles. Dr. Day #39;s advanced physiology lecture covering ATP use, 3 muscle fibers, the differences between aerobic and anaerobic, etc. My favorite part is that the tip to winning a marathon is to push your component into anaerobic exercise, and get as close to it yourself without going over. Staying within aerobic exercise is the best bet to making your ATP most efficient and avoid fatigue.
