Rousey, 27, spoke to Yahoo on April 18, in advance of her July 5 title defense against Alexis Davis. However, the conversation turned toward the three women who stand to challenge Rousey if she successfully defends her title: Cyborg, Gina Carano and former boxing champion Holly Holm. The reigning bantamweight champion praised Carano and Holm, but she criticized Cyborg over her alleged steroid use.
Ive said before, I dont call if shes injecting horse semen into her eyeballs, Ill fight her, but thats just my personal decision, Rousey told Yahoo. But I cant make a decision for the whole division. I cant say its the right thing.
This girl has been on steroids for so long and [has been] injecting herself for so long that shes not even a woman anymore, Rousey added. Shes an it. Its not good for the womens division. Its not good at all.
In a March 27 interview with Yahoo, Justino admitted to using anabolic steroids before a 2011 fight against Hiroko Yamanaka. At the time, a failed drug test led the California State Athletic Commission to suspend her from competing in the UFC league for one year, and it fined her $2,500. Justino claims she used the illegal substances to make weight.
I dont need [steroids] for muscles, she told Yahoo. I always had muscles for as long as I remember. Its how I was born. I did it for the weight. It was a mistake, but it wasnt to cheat and get muscles. It was weight [loss].
Rousey believes that the penalties for Justinos steroid use should have been more severe. If she comes in the UFC and I beat the [expletive] out of her and then I retire and become an action movie star, then the UFC is still going to be stuck with her, she said. The division could die. She could ruin the whole sport. Even though its a fight a lot of people want to see, even if I beat the living crap out of her, it wont be good for the sport because then shed still be in the UFC.
Conversely, Rousey said that it would be a privilege and an honor to fight Carano, a 32-year-old who last fought the now-defunct Strikeforce in 2009. Ironically, Carano lost that fight to Justino.
In a recent interview with Fox Sports, UFC President Dana White said that he was very confident that Carano would return to fight in the UFC, but she stressed that she would be more interested in a title fight than a headline-grabbing bout with Rousey.
No, this isnt a Im coming back just to fight Ronda Rousey. [Carano] wants to fight whoever the champ is, White said.

An MMA apparel company says it will give a cash reward to the first fighter to knock out Ronda Rousey.
The Americana MMA Twitter account announced Saturday that $5,000 will go to the woman who KOs the UFC women's champion after Rousey called fellow women's MMA star Cris Cyborg "an it" in an interview with Yahoo! this week.
Americana MMA owner Peter Giannoulis turned down an interview request from FOX Sports on Sunday. Giannoulis believes Rousey should be suspended or fined for her comments about Cyborg the same way, writing as much on both Twitter and Facebook. Giannoulis cited the UFC's handling of situations regarding derogatory remarks from male fighters Matt Mitrione and Matt Brown. Mitrione was fined and suspended and Brown issued an apology.
In the interview with Yahoo, Rousey went off on Cyborg and her past failed drug test. Cyborg currently fights under the Invicta FC banner, but is attempting to make Rousey's 135-pound weight class so she can enter the UFC and challenge her.
"I've said before, I don't care if she's injecting horse semen into her eyeballs, I'll fight her, but that's just my personal decision," Rousey said. "But I can't make a decision for the whole division. I can't say it's the right thing. This girl has been on steroids for so long and [has been] injecting herself for so long that she's not even a woman anymore. She's an 'it.' It's not good for the women's division. It's not good at all."
Rousey's next opponent is Alexis Davis at UFC 175 on July 5 in Las Vegas. Giannoulis tweeted Davis on Saturday, reiterating that Americana would give her $5,000 if she beat Rousey via knockout.
Americana MMA, based out of Toronto, sponsors women's fighters Miriam Nakamoto and Zoila Frausto of Invicta. The company has also produced a shirt for UFC women's strawweight fighter Tecia Torres.
Mitrione called transgender women's fighter Fallon Fox a "sick, sociopathic, disgusting freak" in an interview with MMA Fighting last year. And Brown said on his podcast in January that if two women are fighting on pay-per-view, they should be doing it topless. The UFC did not penalize him, but Brown did issue an apology.

Booked to face Alexis Davis Jul. 5 at UFC 175, women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey can't avoid talk of her nemesis, Cris Cyborg. The cold war between the two has heated up in past months, but the resolve to keep Cyborg on the outs seems stronger than ever. While UFC president Dana White reaffirmed his concerns over Cyborg making the 135 pound weight limit, Rousey is more worried about the life of her division.
"I've said before, I don't care if she's injecting horse semen into her eyeballs, I'll fight her, but that's just my personal decision," Rousey told Yahoo! Sports' Kevin Iole. "But I can't make a decision for the whole division. I can't say it's the right thing. This girl has been on steroids for so long and [has been] injecting herself for so long that she's not even a woman anymore. She's an 'it.' It's not good for the women's division. It's not good at all.
"If she comes in the UFC and I beat the [expletive] out of her and then I retire and become an action movie star, then the UFC is still going to be stuck with her. The division could die. She could ruin the whole sport. Even though it's a fight a lot of people want to see, even if I beat the living crap out of her, it won't be good for the sport because then she'd still be in the UFC."
Following a 16 second TKO destruction of Hiroko Yamanaka in December 2011, Cyborg tested positive for the anabolic steroid stanozolol. With her final Strikeforce bout ruled a no contest, Cyborg was fined $2,500 and suspended one year by the California State Athletic Commission. In January 2012 White stripped Cyborg of the Strikeforce 145 pound women's title, 'killing the division,' as he put it.
"I'd be honored to fight a competitor like Gina, who is an example of what real respect and honor is in the cage," Rousey said. "I really think with Cyborg taking all of those steroids and hormones and then going into the cage, it's like going in with a weapon. It's certainly very negligent, but it's also criminal. I believe, it really is. Promoting her would be promoting that act and I think it would be wrong in every way.
"I think it should be like the Olympics. If you [expletive] up once, you're not going to the [expletive] Olympics. There should be a zero tolerance policy where if you're caught doing anything, you should be done [expletive] forever."

What happens when you have a job where you have to constantly look happy even when you're not? Nurses, doctors, teachers, retail salespeople, waiters, baristas, flight attendants, and others in the service industry can't afford to appear angry or annoyed when serving the public.
Cyborg technology has ensured our ability to improve both physical labor with robotics and brain labor with computers, so why not emotional labor -- in which politeness toward the public is just as important as the task itself.
Hirotaka Osawa, from Tsukuba University in Japan, wants to ensure that we all look friendly and approachable with his emotional labor-saving device -- AgencyGlass.
"I developed a robotic device called AgencyGlass to extend our social skills and to decrease our emotional labor," Osawa explained in his video "Wearable Eyes Turn You Into Emotional Cyborg."
What looks like a high-tech version of googly-eye glasses is actually a wearable device that displays digital eyeballs on lenses that follow people around the room and gives the user an appearance of politeness.
AgencyGlass has quite a few animated options. The digital eyeballs blink when nodding your head. Tilt your head back, and the eyeballs look up to simulate a thoughtful expression. The device is run by a microcomputer with Bluetooth, a microphone, gyrometer, accelerometer, a battery, and OLED displays.
An external camera, which can be worn in a shirt pocket, detects people looking at you as they walk by so your digital eyes can respond accordingly, giving the illusion that you're returning their gaze.
Dark lenses in the AgencyGlass hide the users' real eyes but don't obstruct their normal vision, so they can go about their normal activities such as reading and walking. More importantly, they can sneak in a quick nap while attending meetings.
Whether or not your co-workers, bosses, and customers will take the device seriously has yet to be determined. But if people can gladly turn into Google Glassholes, why not wear something that makes us look like we care what others have to say?
