These are not fireworks: Antifa accused of throwing real explosives at feds in apparent major escalation in Portland – RT

In an apparent disturbing escalation in violence, after the 61st consecutive day of protests in Portland, Antifa have been accused of throwing real explosives, not fireworks, at federal agents.

Approximately 1,000 protesters took to the streets of Portland on Monday evening, including parents and veterans groups, all of whom were teargassed in something that has become a nightly tradition.

Daily footage from the city shows that neither side is backing down and, in the latest disturbing escalation, accusations that members of the protest group have begun throwing actual explosive devices at authorities have been made online, complete with eyewitness video purporting to show the explosives in action.

Until now, demonstrators have peppered the assorted federal agents with Roman candles and display rockets, but tensions and ensuing violence have increased night on night as video from the besieged city shows.

The arrest of one female protester on Monday night drew further criticism of the federal agents, leaving them facing accusations of using heavy-handed tactics.

The Justice Department also shared photos of materials seized from protesters throughout the unrest, which included several bottles of bleach, which can be used in the manufacture of explosives.

The protesters in Portland initially rallied against police brutality and racism after Minneapolis police killed George Floyd, but recently the protests have evolved into a tit-for-tat escalation in violence between the protesters, assorted agitators in their midst, and the federal agents ostensibly deployed to restore order in a controversial move by US President Donald Trump.

Has Antifa finally Arrived in the Jewish State? – The Jewish Press – JewishPress.com

Photo Credit: Yonatan Sindel / Flash 90

About a month ago, Ken Abramovich, the chairman of the American Friends of Likud and head of Save the West, pondered whether it was possible for the race riots that began in the US following the brutal murder of George Floyd to arrive in the Jewish state. At that time, the BLM and Antifa riots had already started to spread from America to England, Greece, Mexico, Germany and a variety of other countries. However, Dr. Mordechai Kedar could not contemplate that any Jewish Israeli would ever bring that sort of violence to our country, for it is anathema to Israeli culture.

As journalist Lara Logan exposed, Antifas mission statement includes 1) liberation will be won by any means necessary; 2) We will destroy the state, the police, military, corporations and all of those who run the plantations; 3) We will live in dignity in a world without prisons; 4) Systems of punishment will be abolished. There will be no law to enforce, no money to protect. 5) Revolutionary justice will be determined by those who are oppressed; 6) There will be no government. No person or group will have power over another. 7) Communities will make decisions about where they live and will make sure that everyone has what they need to live a dignified life; 8) Land is not property. It is alive, communal and must be protected. 9) Alongside international comrades, we will destroy all borders for the free movement of people everywhere; 10) Militant networks will defend our revolutionary communities. Liberation begins where America dies. Why would anyone Jewish want to support that, especially given the fact that Antifa has committed so many anti-Semitic acts of violence in America?

But in recent days, more and more violence has been registered in the daily demonstrations against the Israeli government. Matt Peleg, CEO of Im Tirtzu, stated in an exclusive interview: A quarter a million walk down Rothschild in September and not a window was broken in the past. But now, there are stones being thrown on shops and homes. Furthermore, a topless woman stood on top of a statue of a menorah, waving Antifa imagery. This makes one ponder, has Antifa tactics taken over what was until recently a peaceful protest movement, seeking justice for those who suffered economically during the pandemic?

Although there is no evidence of a direct connection between the Israeli Black Flag protesters and Antifa or BLM, Peleg argued that they have nevertheless imported the symbols, the flag and the same attitude from abroad, acknowledging that doing such things is not typical Israeli behavior: The New Israel Fund is active in the demonstrations via Standing Together, Zazim and other groups. They are always coming to every demonstration that is against the government. They also go after soldiers in Judea and Samaria. These same types of people have now come to Balfour and committed acts against the menorah. They also waved Palestinian flags and yelled out crime minister.

Im Tirtzu was not active in front of those demonstrations in the beginning, for it is legit to be against the prime minister, Peleg stressed. We are a democracy. But when you do something against the menorah, attack reporters and taxi drivers, and attack shops, Im Tirtzu will be there for to do something against the menorah is dangerous. Today, there are two demonstrations. One is Antifa-like radicals and one is by the right-wingers. We called upon the two camps to sing Hatikva together at 10:50pm at night, for they need to finish at 11pm. Some of the left-wingers were saying that they would not sing Hativka, even though we are close to Tisha BAv. This should tell you how much the radical left has taken over the protests.

Following the coronavirus pandemic, prominent Middle East scholar Dr. Mordechai Kedar believes that Israeli society is now divided: There are those who consider the state as the fulfillment of the Jewish dream to come back to Zion and to renew the Jewish sovereignty over the Jewish forefathers land. For them, Israel is a dream fulfilled. They also suffer from the coronavirus economic crisis, but they are at home, trying to make a living one way or another. The other side of Israeli society who does not share the same dream view the state as a supplier of bread and amusement (nightclubs, pubs, restaurants, beaches). Since for five months the state does not provide enough bread and all the amusement sites are closed, they run to the streets. Therefore, roughly saying with clear generalization that most of the demonstrators in the street are left-wing, while the people who do not demonstrate tend to be on the right side of the political map. It involves much politics and culture. You hardly see people with yarmulkes on their heads in these demonstrations.

The nude lady with the menorah resembles the cultural differences, Kedar added. The menorah symbolizes the Jewish dream, especially in front of the Knesset. She gets on top of the menorah and strips her body to show that for her the amusement is more important than the Jewish dream. Sitting on the menorah topless shows her scale of priorities in life. Interestingly, the very idea of a woman striping as a form of protesting against the state originated in Portland, Oregon, with a woman known as Naked Athena stripping in front of police officers during an Antifa protest, while doing ballet poses nude in front of the cameras. Prior to that, nude protests have a long tradition in the West, from Lady Godiva to the Hippies to the Iraq War protests to the Yellow Vest and Femen protests in France: It is the fashion today for women to expose themselves in order to cause attention to their cause.

While some commentators on the left have praised the topless woman standing on top of the menorah as a Lady Godiva-like feminist icon, posing naked in front of numerous spectators does nothing to enhance the status of women in Israel. It does not assist the country in battling increased incidents of domestic violence and rape within the family heading into another potential lockdown. It does not help any of the social workers in addressing the needs of battered Israeli women during the pandemic. It does not help rape survivors psychologically cope with the potential of another lockdown. All it does is objectify women as sexual objects, rather than portray females as thinking and feeling intellectual beings, who have an opinion to express.

Therefore, her action adversely affected the status of women in Israel, just as Antifa, the anti-Semitic movement that she glorified, offers no real solutions to the Israeli people struggling economically and psychologically with the pandemic. Therefore, adopting Antifa tactics, symbols and ideology harms any Israeli who seeks to speak out against the present economic disaster and seeks true solutions for the nations problems. For this reason, the fact that these economic demonstrations have been taken over by the radical left is a great tragedy for each Israeli who loves the country yet opposes another lockdown.

Minnesota Attorney General in favour of using law to shutter businesses, but not to help victims of rape – The Post Millennial

Minnesota Attorney General and former Congressman Keith Ellison spoke in favour of defunding police, using the example of rape as a reason why.

During an interview with PBS' Yamiche Alcindor, Ellison said that he does not believe women should contact the police after a sexual assault.

He said "If you're a woman who has been the victim of a sexual assault, and the assailant has ran away, wouldn't you rather talk to somebody who is trained in helping you deal with it, what you're dealing with as opposed to somebody whose main training is that they know how to use a fire arm. Right?"

Ellison's reasoning is that the assailant is gone, so the main problem for the woman who has been raped is to figure out how to deal with it, not to apprehend the rapist. Sexual assault victims, he believes, should instead get in contact with "someone who is trained in helping you."

Where rape is concerned, Ellison does not advocate for use of justice, but instead for some kind of mental health approach to deal with the rape victim. But back in May, Ellison was interested in bringing the law to bear on restaurants intent on keeping their businesses operational.

In May, Ellison filed suit against Kris Schiffler who owns Shady's restaurant as well as operating restaurants in other Stearns County, Minnesota locations. The attorney general's office referred to this area as "a COVID-19 hot spot," according to the Star Tribune.

Ellison is in favour of using law to shutter businesses, but not to apprehend rapists.

Ellison openly supports Antifaa far-left organization that has wreaked havoc across the country, using the death of George Floyd as an excuse for chaos and mayhem. President Trump announced his intention to designate Antifa as a terrorist organization.

Ellison is in favour of lawlessness for women who are victims of violent crime, but not for restaurants that want to stay operational.

Time to defund the defunders | TheHill – The Hill

Like many Americans, Republicans in Congress have a hard time coming up with a plan to fight back against antifa and the outraged mob that has terrorized communities across the country. The main goal of these rioters is to defund police departments. It is so insane that it is hard to respond with anything more than confused laughter. But the conservatives in the House and Senate have the right idea to defund the defunders.

Let us back up from the cable news hysteria and remember an important point. Police departments are the main reason we have the government. When you look at it, the government has a monopoly on the legal use of force. Its emissaries are paid to commit premeditated violence if needed to enforce laws. Police officers are those emissaries who carry guns and swear to use them only to enforce laws written by the people.

Yet the party of big government has become so drunk on its wokeness that its members want to eliminate the most basic core functions of the government, such as fighting crime, enforcing the laws, and protecting public safety. Defunding the police is somewhat like watching a football game without referees. Someone must call penalties or the contest will descend into a brawl. There would be more injuries than points.

This principle can be doubly applied when you talk about criminals. What exactly is supposed to deter murderers, drug dealers, human traffickers, and sexual predators from openly plying their trade if there is no one to stop them? If your city council defunds the police department, and you see a robbery taking place, who do you call? If criminals break into your house, what are you supposed to do? The activists have no answers.

The best they have is to replace police officers with social workers. They seem to not know that the reason adults become criminals is because the authority structures of family and society have failed. When that happens, the heroic efforts of social work are incapable of fixing the problem. What are social workers supposed to do with armed bank robbers or drug cartel hit squads? Should they sing Imagine by John Lennon to them?

But it is much worse than that. After all, we have seen a glimpse of what life would be like without police in Seattle and Portland. In Seattle, a mob took over a neighborhood, turned that into an autonomous zone, created physical barriers, and declared it an independent state not subject to the city or state. The local government told law enforcement to stand down. What followed was weeks of violent chaos until the mayor ceded.

The situation was perhaps even worse in Portland. The occupiers were not just trying to establish an autonomous zone outside of the authority of the city and state. They actively worked to destroy the legitimate authority of their community. They attacked residents, threw bottles at police officers, and set fire to several buildings. The liberal politicians in charge here have mostly sided with the mob. They are more outraged over President TrumpDonald John TrumpBiden hits Trump's 'law and order' message: He's trying to 'scare the devil' out of people Pelosi bashes Barr after testimony: 'He was like a blob' and 'henchman' for Trump Schumer: Trump should want COVID-19 deal to help GOP election chances MORE trying to restore order than the violent mob destroying their city.

These liberal politicians also seem to want to defund police departments. If cities and states are crazy enough to throw their people to the wolves, the Constitution might give them the right to be crazy, although when it involves federal laws and property, the federal government has legitimate reasons to intervene. But if these cities and states refuse federal support, then the rest of us should not have to subsidize such lunacy.

Congress must ensure we have serious leaders. Lawmakers cannot simply lock their doors and hide. They must take action. When Congress passes spending bills for next fiscal year, it has to deny federal law enforcement funds to city councils and state legislators that seek to defund the police. If the rioters want to risk the lives of their fellow citizens to be cool, make them do it on their own dime. It is time to defund the defunders.

Jim DeMint is the chairman of the Conservative Partnership Institute. He is a former senator from South Carolina, sits with the White House economic recovery task force, and is the author of Saving America From Socialism.

Police chief believes Antifa, Boogaloo boys were at Richmond riot – wtkr.com

RICHMOND, Va. -- The chief of police believes members of Antifa and the Boogaloo boys were part of the hundreds of people who marched to Richmond Police Headquarters Saturday night during a demonstration in support of protesters in Portland, Oregon. That group continued marching leaving a path of destruction that included windows shattered at restaurants, businesses and a Virginia Commonwealth University dorm.

"We have identified some individuals who have been seen with the Boogaloo boys and some Antifa groups around the area," Richmond Police Chief Gerald Smith said during a news conference Sunday afternoon. "The majority of those individuals who were there last night were Caucasian."

Smith also said that he believed some in the crowd were Antifa-influenced.

"And some of the individuals that we encountered were from outside of Richmond, Virginia, and some of the surrounding area," Smith noted.

Smith said an online flyer for the Richmond Stands with Portland demonstration, which had been circulating for days and called for violence, did not originate in Richmond."

"We know that the origin of the flyer came from outside of Richmond," Smith said. "There are some people who are still inside some of these organizations that will still give us information. And that's how we know it came from outside of Richmond.

Officials said the six men arrested Saturday night were not charged in the vandalism and destruction in several Richmond neighborhoods. (Two of those suspects were charged with felonies: assault on a law enforcement officer; possession of a firearm while rioting.)

PHOTOS: Rioters leave path of destruction across Richmond

When asked when those responsible for the destruction would be held responsible, Smith said police are "utilizing a lot of video to identify people."

Smith had this message to the owners of businesses, like Graduate Richmond, the Village Cafe, Chipotle, Noodles & Company, Panda Express, Rick's Pizza and SWEAT in the Fan, were damaged.

"We still stand with them and we hope that they continue to stand with us," Smith said. "And know that we are not necessarily laying down on this -- we're not. What we are doing is doing vigorous investigations to identify these individuals to hold them accountable for everything that they did."

The chief and the mayor later thanked the 200 Virginia State troopers who helped with the demonstration as well as the Richmond police officers who worked during their vacation or days off.

Mayor: White supremacists marched under Black Lives Matter banner

Mayor Levar Stoney opened his remarks by thanking peaceful protesters with organizations like Black Lives Matter after what he called "24 consecutive days of peaceful protests." He also thanked the police and fire departments for their response Saturday night.

"You know, here in Richmond our standard for protest is that all groups walk away safe," Stoney said. "But protesters having expressed their discontent, and the officers having supported that peaceful expression of their First Amendment rights. That's not what happened last night."

Stoney said the violence "hurt many people in the Richmond community, both through the threatening of lives and the destruction of property. And simply put, that is unacceptable in the City of Richmond. Unacceptable."

Projectiles like rocks and batteries were thrown at police officers, Stoney said. and bricks were lobbed at firefighters trying to douse a city dump truck that was set ablaze by someone in the crowd.

"That could have led to a very, very deadly event," Stoney said.

The mayor blamed white supremacists "marching under the banner of Black Lives Matter" for corrupting the peaceful social justice movement.

"We've spoken on many occasions about those who've chosen a more violent route to express their discontent, and what that does for the overall movement towards social justice," Stoney said. "Last night that reared its ugly head right here in the City of Richmond... We saw some violent actions, violent protests, spearheaded by white supremacists. And frankly, it was disgusting. Disgusting. As they held plywood shields that read, BLM, these folks toured areas of damage downtown, The Fan, breaking windows, tagging private property with hateful language."

Stoney said Saturday's riot aimed to undermine the month of peaceful, community-driven protest in Richmond.

"As I began with, I want to send a thanks to the BLM protesters on the ground who decried the white supremacists once they were identified. I'm thankful to you for drawing the line and sticking up not just for the sanctity of your movement, but also the safety of your fellow Richmonders that you marched alongside as well," Stoney said. "I'm thankful to the officers who were on duty last night for contending with the change in expectations for them. Change is always hard, but now it is the time for that change -- and if you're on our team, you know that."

The mayor said vigils and basketball games are "far more common than the mess we saw last night."

Police want videos

The police chief urged anyone with video of the riot, including the media, to turn send it to Crime Stoppers to help investigators.

"And we will be more than happy to review that footage to help us identify who these rioters were," Smith said. "You capture things that we may not have seen or individuals we may not have seen."

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 804-780-1000 or at http://www.7801000.com. The P3 Tips Crime Stoppers app for smartphones may also be used. All Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.

Antifa is ‘very real’ and ‘very dangerous,’ Rep. Jordan says, reacting to Rep. Nadler’s claim the movement … – Fox News

Antifa, the far-left militant movement that calls itself "antifascist," is very real and very dangerous, House Judiciary Committee ranking member Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, told Fox News @Night on Monday.

Jordan made the remark in reactionto a comment made by committee chairman Rep. Jerrold Nadler over the weekend.

On Sunday, Nadler, D-N.Y., was heard on camera saying that Antifa in Portland, Ore., which has experienced 60 consecutive nights of protests and violence, is a myth that is being spreadonly in Washington, D.C.

Its scary that Jerry Nadler saysthat, the chairman of theJudiciary Committee, the committee thats supposed to look out for the rule oflaw, the committee thats supposed to be concernedabout the Constitution andprotecting basic rights andliberties, Jordan said in response to Nadlers statement.

Antifa, a terroristorganization, is anything but amyth.

Antifa has no definedorganizational hierarchy or membership process. The collection ofautonomous Antifa groups in mostly left-wing cities sees itself as a descendant of the Europeananti-Nazi movements, and generally agrees that the best way to combat ideas they find odiousis not through speech or debate, but by direct action and physical confrontation.

In May, President Trump announced that the U.S. government will designate Antifa as aterrorist organization.

The announcement came as Trump has blamed Antifa for riots taking place across the country in response tothe death of George Floyd, the unarmed black man who died May 25 while in police custody in Minneapolis, Minn., after an officer kneeled on his neck for more than 8 minutes in an incident caught on video.

Remember, it was just three-and-a-half weeks ago when Mr.Nadler [was] onthe House floor to debate with us [and he] said Antifa isimaginary, so at least hes consistent, Jordan said on Monday. Hesconsistently wrong about thisterrorist organization that PresidentTrump has rightly called a terroristorganization.

Jordan then pointed to some of the violence that has taken place in Portland.

Fox 12 in Portland citing the U.S. Attorneys Office in Oregon reported that 22 people were arrested and are facing federal charges for their roles in protestsover the weekend at the federal courthouse inPortland.

The television station reported that court documents show that protests since May 26 have been followed by nightly criminal activity, including assaults on law enforcement officers, destruction of property, looting and arson.

Last week, at least three federal officers inPortland may not recover their vision, after demonstrators, who have shown up in crowds of over 1,000for several nights, shined lasers in their eyes and threwfireworks at a federal courthouse, officials said.

Go tell the officers whovebeen blinded, the officers whove been attacked, ask them if Antifasa myth or an imaginaryorganization, Jordan said on Monday.

Ask Andy Ngo, the journalist who wasattacked in Portland over a yearago, if they are an imaginaryorganization or some kind of myth, Jordan continued.

Ngo is a conservative writer who was publicly beaten during a rally in Portlandand said he suffered a brain injury during the assault, according to Oregon Live.

FOX NEWS CREW CHASED, ATTACKED BY ANGRY MOB OUTSIDE WHITE HOUSE

They are very real, they are very dangerous, Jordan said, adding that Attorney General Bill Barr knows it.

Thats one other reason whythe Democrats are out to get WilliamBarr because hes calling it accurately andtruthfully, Jordan continued.

Barr is scheduled to appear before the House Judiciary Committee for the first time Tuesday, where he plans to take no prisoners as he will strongly condemn the grave abuses in the bogus Russiagate scandal, while also highlighting Black-on-Black violence and defend law enforcement officers, a transcript of his prepared remarks obtained by Fox News Monday night said.

Waiting for the Counterrevolution – National Review

Federal law-enforcement officers face off against rioters in Portland, Ore., July 24, 2020.(Caitlin Ochs/Reuters)As the rioting continues, Democrats and the media attempt to blame it all on Trump, and most Americans watch and worry, in silence.

NRPLUS MEMBER ARTICLEWe are in the midst of a revolution, a cultural and racial one, that seeks to refute the past, damn the present, and hijack the future. So far, however, we have only heard from one side, the revolutionaries and their enablers themselves.

Those trying to reject and then reboot America are small as a percentage of the population, but their tactics are diverse, and their frightened abettors and closet appeasers numerous. The result for now is that, as with most cultural revolutions, a tiny percentage of the population seems to be ascending, given that there is no real organized resistance other than isolated and disgusted individuals.

The cultural revolutionaries are a tripartite group.

On the front lines are the shock troops. For the most part, middle-class urban and suburban white kids, many of them in college, graduated, or dropped out, make up Antifa and its affiliates. They seem to organize the statue toppling, graffiti, and vandalism, as well as the violence at the demonstrations. They show up in ridiculous black-clad Road Warrior outfits, fitted out with cobbled-together hoodies, bicycle helmets, knee pads, and various sports-equipment armor, and occasionally with testudo-like umbrellas and assorted fireworks, rocks, bottle, and bats. All that is a psychodrama far more interesting than showing up at Starbucks at 5 a.m.to start the days machinery.

They are the new superfluous elite, in that their college investments brought them neither prestige nor money, but only debt and sloganeering memorized from the sermons of their tenured and comfortable lounge professors. History shows that when would-be, self-important elites have are in surfeit and extraneous, they grow volatile. They wake up to learn that their vaunted education and training were not appreciated and properly compensated by society.

And so they often can turn to violence and indeed revolution if it comes their way. In the profiles of the Jacobin, Bolshevik, and Arab Spring second-stage revolutions, the common denominators are frustration and the feeling that the agitators deserved honor, money, and influence that either never was forthcoming or went to undeserving others.

Antifas aim is to cause chaos and anarchy, in hopes of eliciting a police response that will fuel nonstop street brawling, akin to Germanys in the 1920s, and a general sense of pandemonium that will leave the democratic capitalist state weak, directionless, and without a reply.

Then the more unhinged among them believe that they can carve out autonomous zones of resistance in places such as Portland and Seattle and gradually spread their revolution through threats and intimidation and perhaps more formally hijack the Democratic Party and come to power. Cellphones, selfies, networking, and childish coloring-book graffiti make the whole thing a sort of carnival where the like-minded frustrated agitators can vent about the unfairness of the world.

Many of these self-righteous are indeed racist, as we see from the sheer joy they show at yelling in the face of black policemen and orchestrating the demonstrations while avoiding the televised looting. The more they scream Racism! the more one concludes that in their own lives they were pretty sheltered and separate by design. They show special venom for any blacks who wave American flags or resist their groupthink, as if to say, You ingrate! Dont you appreciate what Im doing for you?

Nonetheless, in their effort to achieve medieval exemption and penance, they partner with or more often even seek to hijack the Black Lives Matter movement. BLM leaders are self-avowed Marxists, but their real agenda is racist: to reduce the U.S. into two camps, one of victimized noble nonwhites and the other of victimizing white people who should accept their proper reparatory role given the sins of their ancestors and the racist and evil country they maintain and perpetuate.

BLM offers amnesties to the victimizing white people if they kneel and apologize, or join their ranks, or hit the street. BLMers encourage looting, arson, takeovers of stores and streets, and they generally send the message that life will be too intolerable to continue as usual for the proverbial average American citizen, unless he grants all sorts of demands: restructuring the government, the media, entertainment, and the university to focus mostly on black issues, hiring diversity staff on the basis of race, and recalibrating promotions, admissions, grading, and graduation by race. Asymmetry is their religion. Random urban violence against whites is contextualized; substitute the noun black for white in most of the sloganeering, and the speaker would be ostracized for racist drivel.

One immediate goal is ending meritocracy as racist and replacing it with quotas that inflate proportional black representation as reparations. Defunding some police, the emptying of many jails and prisons, and releasing the arrested without bail are already proof of BLMs success.

So BLM seeks to exercise a veto power over Americas past, present, and future, from the manner in which national sports are conducted, universities are run, and corporations merchandise and advertise, to how government functions.

They reject the MLK doctrine of assimilation and integration and seek instead a Balkan-like separatism, with BLM representing a supposed agenda that 30 percent of the population endorses and that, if not implemented, will supposedly entail constant hectoring and perpetual violent reactions to persuade the rest. So far, BLM has set the Democratic Party trajectory of defunding the police, shifting all attention away from epidemic black-on-black violence, and strong-arming corporations for lavish support. Note well that lots of BLM functionaries are now becoming rich.

A second group of revolutionaries are found in the new neo-socialist Democratic Party itself and its elite enablers. This cadre treats Antifa and BLM as useful pawns and has refused to criticize either. Violence in our cities is deemed a hoax. In truth, it is now hard to find any issue on which the Democratic establishment has been at odds with BLM and even Antifa. The latter are critical to providing 30 percent or so of the hard-Democratic base without which the party cannot fulfill its agenda.

The media, the universities, Hollywood, most foundations, the entertainment industry, professional sports, the Never Trump hump Right, and perhaps a few of the retired and active four-star military see the protests, even the violent kind, as necessary goads that will reveal the true dangers of Donald Trump to the nation. In that regard, anything that might prompt Trump to use federal troops to quell the violence, or split him off from the vestigial Republican establishment, or remind the permanent administrative state of his evil, is encouraged and exempt from criticism. This second tier of politicos believes that the revolution is useful in ridding the country of Trump. Then once things return to normal, they also will revert to their positions of influence prior to 2017, as Antifa and BLM are coopted or bought off.

A final group of revolutionaries consists of the finger-in-the-wind bystanders the corporate appeasers and the suburban upper-middle-class liberal establishment. They are bothered by the street violence of Antifa, the apparent drumbeat hatred of whites, and they fear what has been wrought by chaos, plague, lockdown, and depression. But they have, they wager, the money and influence to win exemption from the shock troops of Antifa and BLM.

In the short term, they just wish that all the bad stuff would go away. In a collective fetal position, CEOs and various liberal-mainstay groups are happy to write checks to the revolutionaries, grant their demands, and voice their platitudes on the theory that when the rough stuff really starts, they will be left alone to run the country as they think they always do. They are in a sense playing the role of the anti-czarist aristocrats who believed that the motley crew of Bolsheviks would be honored to have their money and support and their own controlling influence.

Add it all up, and so far, the revolution is well funded, proving useful for the Biden campaign, and airbrushed by the media as a necessary humanitarian effort to address systematic and endemic racism. But the main goal is to destroy Trump, by weaponizing plague, lockdown, recession, and riot to pave the way for a Biden bridge to hard-core socialism.

And last, there is the quiet majority of Americans of all races and classes. They have watched all this for months but kept mysteriously still.

At first, they shrugged that a plague, a national quarantine, and a recession can make people do crazy things, and so they stayed mum.

Then some felt that Trumps braggadocio needlessly goaded the protests, so he might need a comeuppance for a few weeks.

Then they told themselves that the riots and revolutionary rebooting of America would die out with the virus, sort of like #MeToo finally hitting the Joe Biden wall of Tara Reade is lying. End of story.

For a while, some liked the idea of cultural carnivores devouring their own at the haughty New York Times or Planned Parenthood. Others sighed that blue-state governors and mayors were reaping what they had sowed.

But now, the public is getting worried.

Many Americans may not like Trump, but they know now that Trump is all that stands between themselves and chaos, anarchy, depression, and the end of America as we know it.

Still, most remain quiet. They avoid talking to friends, pollsters, and the media about their anger. Many will tune out the NBA and the NFL this late summer and fall, once the kneeling and in-your-face accusations of racism hit their TV screens. Most accept that Joe Biden is tragically non compos mentis, and that he is the Lefts only hope to accomplish a radical agenda, through his selection of vice president/president.

So what will the majority ultimately do?

It is slowly steaming but for the moment still holds on to a shred of hope that the madness will die out as the revolution cannibalizes its own even though many know that it will not. Maybe the Democratic Party will tack back to the respectable Left, or so many dream.

Yet at some point, if the rioting and revolution and overt socialism continue, the majority will weigh in, likely from mid September to mid October.

The Democratic Party knows this. So its functionaries are now frantically trying to portray Trump as the instigator of the violence or claim there is no violence at all. They permanently script and seclude the cognitively challenged Biden, and redefine Antifa and BLM as our own sons and daughters who, if a little rowdy and zealous at times, have their hearts in the right place and soon will calm down and join the victorious Democratic war wagon.

All that assumes that Trump cannot refocus on the plague, lockdown, and recession; that Biden will miraculously reboot as Old Joe from Scranton still in his Senate heyday; and that the revolutionaries, drunk on power and success, will obey the septuagenarian apparatchiks Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and the old, steadily shrinking guard at the New York Times, NPR, PBS, and the Washington Post, and thus behave until November.

Yet its more likely that well see more fireworks after Labor Day and a pushback like we havent seen since the early Seventies.

Ana Tijoux’s Antifa Dance is just what the revolution called for – AL DIA News

The Grammy-winning, French-Chilean rapper, Ana Tijoux, is preparing to release her new full-length album. The first preview of Antifa Dance came in March with the politically-charged dembow single under the same name.

Facing authoritarianism, unrelenting hatred for the other, we return again to art. Art that is charged with music and color, art that responds in dance, an organized movement of beautiful rebellion. It is our proud belief that from pain, the purest act of love and resistance is born, she said in a press release.

Her newest single, Pa Qu, which was released on July 17, she teamed up with Puerto Rican rapper PJ Sin Suela to create another revolutionary anthem of joyful rebellion.

She told the music portal ChileFunk, Pa Qu is a reminder to all of us who are still attentive, inside and out, to those above us who are at home but not asleep, and to those below us who continue to weave the nets, holding on with open hearts.

The song title references the famous meme si ya saben cmo me pongo, pa qu me invitan? and she uses the phrase to speak up audaciously.

The music video for Pa Qu features images of police officers blinding peaceful protesters with their guns and arresting Indiegenous street vendors. As the cumbia beat intensifies, the scene turns into a massive merengue party against government abuse.

In my country, they take you to jail if you jump a turnstile, in my country they take you if you ask for bread from the banquet, in my country they call you crazy if you go out and protest, in my country they shoot your eyes out for marching. And they buzz you hot, like fireworks, belts Tijoux.

She also wanted to laugh at the failures of former Chilean Health Minister Jaime Maalich, criticize President Sebastion Pieras handling of the pandemic, and explain why people have taken to the streets in social outbursts.

Did you know that the crown can be a good person?

Minister, forgive me for saying so, but it makes me uncomfortable.

Of all the planet we are the best health system?

With two explosive singles out already, its clear that Tijouxs album Antifa Dance will be provocative and possibly spur more of the revolutionary spirit.

Crowds launch fireworks at brewery, draw guns on drivers as riots spread from Portland to smaller Oregon city – Fox News

A smallOregon city less thana two-hour drive from Portland experienced rioting Saturday night as hundreds targeted a county jail and federal courthouse with fireworks before attacking businesses downtown while employees remained trapped inside.

Tactics employed by demonstrators mirrored those seen in Portland which, as of Sunday, has witnessed 60 consecutive nights of protests and civil unrest in the wake of George Floyds death.

An anti-capitalist, anti-fascist group of teens that made a name for themselves in the Portland riots appeared to raise money for the seven adults and onejuvenile arrested in Eugene, Ore. Saturday. The Pacific Northwest Youth Liberation Fronts unverified account retweeted messages directing people to use the mobile payment service Venmo to send funds to go toward their bail.

RIFLE AMMUNITION, MOLOTOV COCKTAILS FOUND BY PORTLAND POLICE RESPONDING TO SHOOTING

It still remains unclear who helps fund and organize these riots, as crowds in several western cities appear increasingly armed with ammunition and fireworks, as well as helmets, umbrellas and makeshift shields designed for confronting local law enforcement and federal officers.

In Eugene, crowds blocked the streets and prevented one man in a pickup truck from passing, according to conservative journalist Andy Ngo, who made headlines last summer after an attack by members of the far-left militant group Antifa sent him to the hospital.

After the crowd surrounded his vehicle Saturday night, the driver opened his door and pointed his handgun toward another man wearing a black t-shirt and helmet. The demonstrator pointedhis own weapon at the driver through the opened car door window as the two faced off amid shouting from the crowd. The now-viral video of the exchange has garnered more than 1.6 million views as of Monday.

It was not clear if either man depicted in the video was among those arrested.Unlike in Portland, federal law enforcement has not been deployed toEugene a city of 171,000 people located about 108 milesaway. Local police seem to be taking a hands-off approach by using drones to monitor crowds before intervening to quell violence.

The Eugene Police Department said it became aware of a planned protest at the U.S. Federal Courthouse starting at 8 p.m. on Saturday night. Armed counter-protesters also showed up and a man was arrested after firing a handgun into the air in the middle of a crowd of about 300 people.

Police said the counter-protest dispersed before 10 p.m. and a crowd of 200 demonstrators who remained began to launch fireworks toward the federal courthouse and block traffic. The group then marched toward the Lane County Jail, where they threw fireworks into the employee parking area, and lit smoke bombs at the front of the facility.

The now-riotous group advanced downtown and began ripping down street signs, spray painting buildings and a police auditor car, and smashed the windows of a Wells Fargo and Whole Foods. They also launched fireworks at the local Elkhorn Brewing and broke several windows while staff was inside.

Employees were inside the building at the time and managed to escape safely as police moved into the area to prevent further damage or harm to life safety, police said in a statement on Facebook. Its important to note that police were not on the ground during much of the initial hours to avoid any escalating presence. Monitoring for crowd and pedestrian traffic safety was done remotely via drone.

Officers were pelted with large rocks and police made announcements that the assembly was no unlawful. Police deployed pepper ball munitions and CS gas to disperse crowds. A total of sevenadults and onejuvenile were arrested as a result of the riot.

Theres idiocy on all sides in law and order road show – Boston Herald

As the Trump administration takes its law and order show on the road after a dress rehearsal at Lafayette Square in Washington, D.C., and a soft opening in Portland, Ore., let me just say Im disgusted with almost everybody involved.

Lets start with the Portland demonstrators. Contrary to heroic PR efforts from many in the mainstream media, these arent great people. Oh sure, I have no doubt some, even many, are decent enough on a personal level. But even decent people become ugly when they lend their bodies and voices to mobs and riots. Even if they just watch, theyre encouraging rioting and violence.

Then theres the mainstream and left-wing media. When right-wing protesters foolishly in my opinion, but also peacefully gathered to denounce lockdown orders during the early days of the pandemic, virtually everybody to the left of Fox News insisted it was dangerous, fascistic and scary (which, by the way, is how the media mostly covered Tea Party rallies a decade ago).

But whether it was peaceful protests in the wake of George Floyds killing or even rioting and arson, the nonright media covered it all in a spirit of near celebration, with the occasional tsk-tsking for some excesses.

Now let us turn our gaze rightward. To listen to many on the right, in and out of the administration, the goons in Portland are domestic terrorists on par with al-Qaeda or ISIS. Indeed, President Trump said in June he would designate antifa a loose affiliation of radicals, jackasses and radical jackasses a terrorist organization. Characteristically, he hasnt followed through on that threat (though that hasnt stopped antifa sympathizers from pretending he did so they can spin conspiracy theories about how the administration is denying antifa members due process).

The goal is to create a domestic enemy that only Trump can save us from.

Thats the basic context for Trumps decision to send federal agents into Portland and now other cities. This has elevated the ridiculousness on both sides by an order of magnitude. Those on the left insist its illegal and unconstitutional. Its neither. Democrats and media commentators glibly talk about how this use of a gestapo makes us a police state no different from China. Thats absurd, not least because the law is on the administrations side (so far), but also because Chinas police state is competent.

I have no principled objection to federal agents protecting federal property from rioters and arsonists. What bothers me is that the administrations tactics and motives are all about manufacturing a political narrative that helps Trumps campaign, elevates the status of the rioters and arsonists, and gives critics license to prattle on about dictatorship.

Trump long ago proved he doesnt really want to be a dictator. (That requires too much work.) He wants to be a TV star. Whats outrageous isnt that Trump is using federal agents on American soil, or even that hes doing it without an invitation from local politicians. Whats outrageous is why hes doing it.

When China crushes protests, it crushes them because thats the goal. Trump has the opposite goal. He wants more protests, more riots, because his campaign thinks it needs to make facts on the ground fit its law and order sloganeering and exaggerations.

The idiot mobs of Portland are only too happy to give Trump what he wants, which is why they started focusing their wrath on federal buildings in the first place. Indeed, all the stakeholders (save for the majority of Americans) get what they want. The resistance-drunk left-wing media is gleeful to further heighten tensions by downplaying the dark side of the protests to fit their preferred narrative about Trump being an authoritarian. The Trump-besotted right-wing media gets to highlight the mainstream medias cleanup operation to show how the fake news is just out to get Trump.

Its a collective action problem, a tragedy of the political commons, in which all actors get to harvest the facts that help their cause, leaving the rest of us wondering how things got so stupid.

Antifa is a threat to the American way – The Star Beacon

Watchman, Patriots, Minutemen awake from your slumber. Our country and our freedoms are at risk!

Antifa isa wing of the Communist Party. Their goal is to destroy the United States as we know it!

First destroy our history by tearing down statues of our founders and of Abraham Lincoln and U.S. Grant. They degrade our society and spread the lie that we were never that great. Let us remind them of the Greatest Generation, who saved us from fascism at a great loss and sacrifice of our citizens.

Its not amazing how much Antifa acts like Fascists. They wear all black akin to Mussolinis Black Shirts and Hitlers SS. We can stop Antifa because their only strength is mob violence and of overwhelming odds. This is also their weakness. They hide behind black masks and black hoodies. This youth think of themselvesas intellectuals;. They are hooligans and cowards as they hide.

Their greatest fear is to be identified by name, address and who their parents are and what university they attend.

We can unmask them without ever touching them, pinpoint their leaders and perhaps show very real Russian collusion. Once identified they will slink back, they will run fro cover with Mommy and Daddy, and find a rock to hide under.

We can stop this pestilence without violent confrontation. We can save the United States and work together to make improvements.

Awaken Watchman and bear witness to this assault. Patriots meet and choose to stop Antifa and Minutemen stand shoulder to shoulder to protect the United States.

God Bless America.

The FBI has not linked teachers to antifa – PolitiFact

Social media posts that claim teachers make up the bulk of antifa activists need to get schooled.

In a July 20 text post, one Facebook user wrote: "Teachers are the number one occupation of the Antifa terrorist organization according to the FBI."

The post was flagged as part of Facebooks efforts to combat false news and misinformation on its News Feed. (Read more about our partnership with Facebook.) We reached out to the original poster for a comment, but they havent responded.

(Screenshot from Facebook)

Antifa stands for "anti-fascist." Its a broad, loosely affiliated coalition of left-wing activists thats been around for decades and had a resurgence since the election of President Donald Trump. Republicans have blamed antifa activists for the violent protests that erupted after the death of George Floyd in late May.

Versions of the Facebook post have been circulating since at least November 2019, according to the Associated Press. Theyve been shared widely in pro-Trump and conservative groups since June, according to CrowdTangle, a social media insights tool owned by Facebook.

We previously reported that antifa is not a designated terrorist organization. But has the FBI said the movement is popular with teachers?

No there is no evidence to support the Facebook post.

We could find no publicly available records from the FBI or other intelligence agencies that link antifa to teachers.

FBI Director Christopher Wray mentioned the movement in his June 4 remarks about civil unrest around the country, but he did not say anything about teachers. And its unclear to what extent antifa was involved in violent protests against police brutality.

We reached out to the FBI for a comment, but we havent heard back. The agency told the AP that its focus is "not on membership in particular groups but on individuals who commit violence."

There is evidence that, in general, teachers political views skew left. But we could find nothing to back up the claim that they are overrepresented in the antifa movement.

We rate the Facebook post Pants on Fire!

SOFREP cartoon of the month – SOFREP

And then theres this elephant in the room that most of the nation seems to be reluctant to point at and say elephant. It appears that the elephant is ANTIFA and BLM, who used the auspice of police brutality as a springboard to launch an all-out assault on persons of non-color. As a person of non-color, Im pointing right at ANTIFA and BLM and saying: Elephant.

How in the south-central highlands of tarnation did it go from the police are big meanies to hey, lets tear down these statues of Columbus and Jackson because well because theyre white? So when the attack on American history is complete, where does that leave us; whats next? I guess that leaves whitey himself as the last rung on that ladder.

Im a white boy. Thats a term used by persons of color to refer to a person of non-color, but persons of non-color are not permitted to use the term in kind to refer to the folk of color.

Its such a joke you know people of color steadily reinventing the title they want everyone to start addressing them by, something that makes them sound more sophisticated and important. Sure, but you can dress a thing in silk, and still, it is what it is.

Ima head out to town tomorrow and tear down the statue of Martin Luther King Jr. I really hate to do it because I truly admire the brother! But I have to make my point, that point being uh um well fuck it; Ima going ahead and just do it anyway BAAAAAAAAMMMMM!

Federal officer assaulted by Antifa while making arrest during Portland riot – The Post Millennial

Portland rioters attacked a federal officer last night in the middle of an arrest outside the Hatfield Courthouse, allowing the suspect to escape.

This assault came after the arson attacks on the Portland Police Association last week.

Here is another view of the incident:

This comes after Oregon's Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum filed a suit on Friday against the Department of Homeland Security and the US Marshals Service for deploying federal agents in Portland to mitigate the violent riots. The basis is their "violation of the civil rights of Oregonians by seizing and detaining them without probable cause."

The complaint claimed that unidentified federal officers have grabbed civilians off Portland's streets "without warning or explanation, without a warrant, and without providing any way to determine who is directing this action."

Rosenblum is seeking a temporary restraining order to "immediately stop" the "unlawful" detainment by federal authorities.

"[T]he current escalation of fear and violence in downtown Portland is being driven by federal law enforcement tactics that are entirely unnecessary and out of character with the Oregon way," stated Rosenblum in a press release.

Rosenblum referenced the unmarked minivan incident involving alleged undercover federal agents who arrested Mark Pettibone, a protestor dressed in black walking on the sidewalk. He has since been released.

The Marshals Service denied that its agency was behind Pettibone's detainment, according to Oregon Public Broadcasting.

"All United States Marshals Service arrestees have public records of arrest documenting their charges. Our agency did not arrest or detain Mark James Pettibone," the statement read.

DHS had affirmed that Portland is a cesspool of anarchists assaulting federal officers and federal buildings.

Rioters have launched watch rockets, injuring an officer, while others attempted to blind officers by targeting their eyes with laser weapons. Officers were barricaded inside the Hatfield Courthouse as rioters launched commercial grade explosive fireworks at building. Courthouse surveillance cameras were destroyed.

"This isnt a peaceful crowd. These are federal crimes," a DHS spokesperson tweeted yesterday.

Acting Secretary of Homeland Security Chad Wolf had further provided an extensive list of the rampant "lawless destruction and violence" ravaging Portland over the past several weeks since the end of May.

Oregon's US Representative Earl Blumenauer had claimed on the House floor today that Portland is not out of control, calling federal intervention "unwelcome," "unlawful," and "unprepared."

Blumenauer also introduced a bill today that "...would restrict the ability of the U.S. Marshals Service to deputize other law enforcement officers, such as Bureau of Prisons and Department of Homeland Security personnel, to perform the functions of a Deputy U.S. Marshal."

Leftists claim Portland police set their own building ablazebut Antifa proudly admitted to the crime – The Post Millennial

Leftists on social media are reporting that police or right-wingers began the July 18 arson attack on the Portland Police Association building. They claim that those who set the building ablaze did it to frame Antifa. But Antifa has proudly admitted to committing the crime.

One conspirator compared the torching of the Portland Police Association to the 1933 Reichstag Fire in Berlin, in which Adolf Hitler used the fire as an excuse to arrest Nazi Party dissenters. Another agreed, calling the crime an "inside job."

Robert Evans of Bellingcat, who has been covering the riots and witnessed the fire in Portland, dispelled the false rumors from his position as a pro-Antifa advocate.

Those who claim the police are responsible for torching their own structures are disproven by activists who believe so fully in destruction that they are unashamed of their crimes.

Evans exalted the act of terrorism, glorifying the burning of the police union hall as an "intelligent, deliberate and successful action by well organized activists."

Moreover, the PPA was a "well chosen" and "valid target" and its burning a "justified act of protest," Evans claimed.

The emerging anti-police scapegoat narrative is being replaced by those Antifa participants who would rather take the credit for their destruction.

Yet, even The Oregonian upholds this narrative that the rioting, arson and mayhem are in some way peaceful.

Video footage emerging from the city of Portland overnight refutes this media portrayal.

Portland has seen over 50 days of rioting and the elected officials of that city have declined to take actions against the vandals, arsonists, criminals, looters, assaulters, and violent criminals that have kept the city under siege.

Antifa-led riots clash with ‘Trump’s feds’ in Portland here’s why the media is STILL defending Antifa – TheBlaze

In Portland, Oregon, protests many of which have devolved into violent riots have raged on for more than 50 consecutive days. The escalating unrest has prompted President Donald Trump to deploy federal officers to the city in an effort to calm the chaos.

Critics in the mainstream media continue to defend Antifa, claiming the protests are peaceful and blaming "Trump's feds" for causing any increase in violence and vandalism.

On this week's episode of "Slightly Offens*ve," BlazeTV's Elijah Schaffer exposed the origin story of Antifa to understand why they exist and why the mainstream media is still defending them.

"Don't let the media lie to you," Elijah said. "Why are the media defending Antifa? Who are they [Antifa], and what benefit do [the media] get for defending them?"

Trump sends in the feds when mayors let Antifa riots fester, what did they think would happen? – RT

Recently, the department of Homeland Security sent forces to Portland to stop rioters. With news breaking that theyll come to Chicago next, it shows Trump is stepping up where the mayors would not.

The riots that came after the death of George Floyd were unprecedented. Several big cities went ablaze and even smaller ones, such as my own, saw looting and break-ins. Many of these instances were escalated by the Marxist group known as Antifa, which stands for Anti-Fascist Action. As detailed in Antifa: The Anti-Fascist Handbook, they are a loosely organized group that are by their nature militant. They believe in proactive self-defense against fascism. Granted they define fascism as anything that isnt Anarcho-Communism and proactive self-defense is just a fancier way of saying attack whoever isnt us.

Around the 18th of this month, the Department of Homeland Security here in America deployed an elite unit to Portland. This group, known as the Border Patrol Tactical Unit (or BORTAC for short) was brought in after President Trump signed an executive order to protect American monuments, memorials, statues, and federal property. However, the purpose of this unit is much less complicated than that. Its part of a larger effort to bring an end to the constant rioting and property damage that these Marxists have caused.

Now, this was an inevitability, once Trump signed that executive order, that some group would be moving in, but the DHS handles terrorism. On top of this, Attorney General William Barr has stated that hes already investigating members of Antifa. But why exactly have we reached this point where the Fed has to get involved? Its simple. The mayors of the biggest cities in the United States have been completely complacent about these crises.

Any mayor with a spine would have let their police force take care of the riots, and make sure that the people disperse. They didnt. In Minneapolis, a police department was completely overrun and nothing happened. Portland had over forty days of constant rioting. There is still property destruction going on. Theres so much that could be done by the police, or even the national guard, but nothing ever is. This is because the mayors of these cities are coddling people who want to set everything on fire.

I believe in Federalism. It is a good way to run a government. However, part of the reason that we have Federal law enforcement in the first place is to handle incredibly complex cases or to handle domestic terror cases. At the same time, Antifa isnt exactly the Weathermen. Similar philosophies, but the methods of destruction are different. There shouldnt need to be a federal presence at all. Local law enforcement, SWAT and riot police should be able to handle these issues. If not, the National Guard would be able to handle this. They have the tools at their disposal. The only reason this could have come to this is inaction.

The duty of the Government in the United States is to defend the inalienable rights of the citizen. Life, liberty, and property as outlined in our Constitution. Rioting by its nature encourages all of those to be violated. If the local government wont do enough or isnt enough, the state comes next. If the state doesnt do it, the Federal has to. As such, each of these cities has basically invited Trump to take care of it how he chooses. Beyond that, many people may remember this during the election.

In essence, the Leftists in our current government while trying to resist Donald Trump may as well have invited him to personally solve their problems, all while the nation sees him as a hero.

Letter: Barr: Antifa has role in protests | Letters To The Editor – Gloucester Daily Times

To the editor:

One of the critiques about Antifas infiltration in peaceful protests to turn them in to violent riots is that in all of the arrests there is no arrest record of anyone in Antifas membership. In an interview with Brett Beir on Fox News, U.S. Attorney General William Barr stated that, We have some investigations underway, very focused investigations on certain individuals that relate to Antifa, but in the initial phase of identifying people and arresting them, they were arrested for crimes that dont require us to identify a particular group or dont necessitate that.

According to a Spectrumnews1.com article, Dr. Karl Kaltenthaler, who studies terrorism and political extremism says that Antifa is a movement an ideology shared by like-minded individuals. But Antifa isnt an organization . . . the typical profile (of Antifa members) is young, white, educated males who tend to be left leaning politically. Dr. Kaltenthaler also indicates that there are people who will self-identify as Antifa and be involved in the rioting and violence around protests. They wouldnt see it as kind of pointless violence. They would see it more as violence to get a political point across, violence to resist the system as they see it, which they see as oppressive, according to Dr. Kaltenthaler.

In addition, Toledo Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz stated that he believed that Antifa was present in the protests in his city, and that the FBI is investigating the protests that turned violent in Ohio.

In a Washington Post article on June 4, Barr indicated that he had evidence of Antifa hijacking the George Floyd protests. According to the article, We have evidence that Antifa and other similar extremist groups as well as actors of a variety of different political persuasions have been involved in instigating and participating in violent activity. In addition, Barr described violent actors from both the extreme left and the extreme right including the Boogaloo group. FBI Director Wray stated that Antifa and other agitators were Set out to sow discord and upheaval, rather than join in the righteous pursuit of equality and justice. According to KSAT.com news article on June 6, three members of Antifa were arrested for looting a Target in Austin, Texas. These three were part of a larger group of 20 people. I think that there is plenty of evidence to show that the Antifa movement is a far left violent and anarchist movement that infiltrates peaceful protests and does nothing to advance the progress of equality or fight against racism.
