You want to have a healthy metabolism? Well, then you need healthy hormones. Meal timing helps to regulate your hormones, you biochemistry. If you go too long without eating you throw your hormones off and your metabolism does not function as well. So, there are a couple things you want to work to do. Eat something for breakfast. Don #39;t roll your eyes at me. You just woke up and your are breaking your fast.. Breakfast, get it? Want to stimulate some calorie burn? Eat something. Then make it a goal to eat about every 2-4 hours. It #39;s usually something like breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, maybe light snack. You are on your way to a healthy metabolism. Something to think about. Do you know 1 of the weight gaining techniques that sumo wrestlers use to gain alot of weight? No breakfast and large, heavy meals spaced far apart. You choose. In your food journal, write down what time you are eating each meal and snack. Are you struggling with this task? Ask Jesus to help you figure it out. Take a breath, He #39;s right there for you.
