Four C-17 Globemasters fly 300m above Brisbane City.
Representing some of Australia #39;s biggest aircraft, these guys took off from Amberley Air Force base west of Brisbane about 9.15am and just a few minutes later they cruised over Brisbane #39;s South Bank at a height of only 300m on 22 November 2012. Globemasters are heavy lifters with a carrying capacity of up to 70 tonnes and will be used to aid our military, humanitarian and peacekeeping missions. Just 15 minutes later they flew over the beaches of the Gold Coast at below the height of the city #39;s loftiest building, the Q1, which reaches 322m in the air. From:Dave DwyerViews:49 1ratingsTime:01:20More inTravel Events
