MFS is a relatively uncommon condition; therefore it is mandatory to rule out other conditions with rapid onset of ophthalmoplegia and ataxia, such as brainstem stroke. This case presentation has done because of the association of MFS with facial palsy and brisk reflexes which may confuse the diagnosis.
