Guruvayur Moon #39;s Halo Nov 25 2012
On November 25th moon had a halo which could be due to reflection or refraction phenomena on ice crystals around the moon. Called Parivesha in Sanskrit and described in ancient Astronomy texts like Brihad Vaaraahee samhitha etc this was visualised at Punnayurkulam . Near Guruvayur .
