The Computer Vision Group (CVG), which is part of Oxford Brookes #39; Department of Computing and Communication Technologies, was formed in 2005 and is led by Professor Philip Torr who is a world expert in computer vision systems. The aim of the CVG is to engage in state of the art research into the mathematical theory of computer vision and artificial intelligence, and to keep the mathematical research relevant to the needs of society.
