How far would you be willing to go to do save a life? To do what's right?

As we discussed in our Grey's Anatomy review, last night's episode featured important character developments, along with a few totally brutal cases and the changes the hospital is facing since the lawsuit.

Which brings us to next week, fittingly titled "The Face of Change."

Competition heats up as several of the doctors fight to become the new face of Seattle Grace. Meanwhile, April brings in an emergency case, and Jackson and Alex work with a transgender teen couple.

As the hospital implements new policies which test the patience of the staff, certain doctors may be pushed to their limits. Will the ER be shuttered, and what will that mean if lives are at stake?
