In addition to supplying ARINC 801 connectors in standard OD Cadmium and Electroless Nickel platings, Amphenol Aerospace now offers these connectors with two additional RoHS compliant platings: Durmalon and Black Zinc Nickel. These non-magnetic and non-reflective finishes are ideal for military and harsh environments where resistance to salt spray and other materials is critical.

The ARINC 801 plug connectors can be combined with Amphenol's Dualok technology for superior performance in high vibration environments. Dualok is an enhanced anti-decoupling mechanism that can be used on virtually any cylindrical plug connector and backshell. The Dualok interconnect system greatly improves electrical and optical performance in harsh environments and will mate with standard receptacles.

Amphenol supplies the full line of ARINC 801 connectors in shell sizes ranging from 11 to 25 and fiber counts from 2 to 32. ARINC 801 termini are available in multimode, single-mode, and single-mode APC versions. All ARINC 801 connectors and termini are fully compliant with industry specifications and have been tested to the most stringent aerospace requirements.
