This video introduces the use of iTunes U in the context of anatomy course. "Gastro-intestinal tract anatomy" is an actual course that will be provided in session to second year medical students at University of Sharjah, College of Medicine. This is a Ubiquitous learning or mobile learning environment. In addition to the classical materials, notes and assignments that are allowed in the iTunes U, this course is unique in that it creates an environment for learners to interact with each other and with the instructor by incorporating links to online social network platforms like YouTube and Facebook which are operated by the instructor.
