Vlogging about a basic meal that I love to make. Hope this inspires you to do some cooking! I would love to see some random cooking videos of your own, just bring any camera with you and go! There are so many people who don #39;t know or couldn #39;t be bothered to even cook this, so maybe by sharing this I can get maybe even just 1 person to eat a little bit better. I #39;m not a qualified nutritionist but i am almost 1/2 way through my degree, so i #39;ve learnt a few things about the chemistry of cooking and basic absorption anatomy. Everything is boiled or fried lightly with NO saturated fats and NO MICROWAVE. Besides, it is so yummy! When cooking with oils, it #39;s so important to follow a few important rules, I #39;ve got a little printout i #39;ve created for my kitchen to remind me, so if you like you can print that out too! I mean, as long as you get some nutrients right? Way better than maccas! Besides, maccas has so much saturated fats, and this meal, well this meal probably only has a tiny bit from the fat on the chicken that i couldn #39;t cut off. But beware!
