John C. Havens is a futurist keynote speaker, contributing writer for Mashable.com, author of the book Tactical Transparency (published by Wiley), and emerging/social media consultant who has worked with clients including Gillette, HP, P&G, Merck, Microsoft, and Wal-Mart.
