He is a known case of Autism, delivered via Full Term Caesarean section, cried immediately after birth. He had near normal motor milestones, with delayed speech. So he was assessed by neurologist who diagnosed him to have autistic features. On examination, he has near normal motor milestones development. The main areas of concern in him are delayed speech, poor eye contact, socially aloofness shyness. He also has poor motor planning, no abstract thinking, cannot express verbally, poor sequential memory. Functionally, he is independent in ADL. On ISAA scale he scores 96. On FIM, he scores 118. After Stem Cell Therapy Psychology assessment: 1) Grip is better as compared to before (ie) against gravity now can climb ladder which wasn #39;t possible before. 2) Repetitive speech has reduced drastically (ie) to almost stopped. Now he does when he gets confused. 3) Now his fearfulness has reduced (.ie) now he is not scared of strangers as before if anybody would visit his place (relatives) he would go into his room whereas now he sits amongst relatives. 4) Social interaction has increased (ie) now he talks over the phone, sits with his relatives or family members. 5) Previously, commands/questions needed to be repeated a couple of times whereas now he follows and understands commands at one go. 6) His mathematical skills have improved (ie) the concepts which he had difficulty comprehending, now he understands them (ie) specifically geometrical problems. 7) Eye contact has improved ...
