CBCP-Episcopal Commission on Bioethics Chairman and Malolos Bishop Jose Oliveros considers “immoral” the embryonic stem cell therapy reportedly being used by politicians and actors for aesthetic purposes. Oliveros said this medical procedure is against the belief of the Church.
