Barracuda Lake – Video

Barracuda Lake
This 6-min short documentary features a unique site in the Philippines, the Barracuda Lake on Coron Island in the North of the Province Palawan. Picturesque palm beaches, steep limestone cliffs and turquoise waters surround this island, which is home of the Tagbanua Tribe. Tourists are welcome to visit some white beaches for a picnic, the famous Kayangan Lake and the mysterious Barracuda Lake, which is the only one of 7 lakes on Coron Island, where diving is allowed. Divers are rewarded after crossing the mountain on foot with full gear on the back and temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius with a stunning underwater landscape, a visible thermocline and free manicure by cleaner shrimps -- a truly unique site! From:Silke de VosViews:3 0ratingsTime:05:44More inTravel Events
