SKIN

I'm an Osmosis girl. I only use highly active and medically proven skin products on my skin, and I don't like products that have artificialpreservatives or fragrances.

I use the Osmosis Gentle Cleanser in the shower, as I have naturally quite sensitive and reactive skin.My treatment serums include Osmosis Renew for my Vitamin A, which uses a more bio-available form of Vitamin A called retinaldehyde. I then mix together and apply Osmosis Catalyst Plus and Osmosis Stem Factor for my growth factors, peptides, and a cool technology called 'zinc fingers' which all help renew my skin at a cellular level.

A spritz of harmonised water called Osmosis Clear then helps the products penetrate more effectively, as I gently rub it in - hence the name Osmosis: the spray helps the treatment serums penetrate into the skin via osmosis.

As a moisturiser I use a mixture of Osmosis Quench, which emulates our skin's sebum, mixed with Osmosis Immerse, which is slightly thicker, oiler and richer. This mixture is essentially the same as Osmosis Quench Plus (which I've also used) but I can tailor how much extra richness I need depending on how I feel on the day.

I'm naughty as I only cleanse and use my creams once a day, but I'm using good quality serums that help to treat my skin. I know my skin could be even better if I used them twice a day, but I fall into bed at night after working massive days, and it's the last thing I want to think about!

I have a sunscreen collection! Sun damage is one of the major causes of ageing, so I like to have different products for different situations.

I use a cream sunscreen containing zinc oxide and titanium dioxide every day, as I want to protect my skin from the ultra-damaging UVA rays. My favourite at the moment is Osmosis Shade. I supplement this by using a 100 per cent mineral makeup which contains zinc oxide, as an extra layer of protection. I don't wear much makeup, but I love the Jane Iredale Pressed Powder. It's great to know my makeup is having positive effects on my skin.
