Job description:
Responsible for verifying insurances and obtaining prior authorizations, answering phones and greeting patients, collecting copayments and other fees, scheduling patients, maintaining patient files, and performing several other front office duties accurately and efficiently. Displays a professional, courteous, and positive attitude when performing job duties and has the ability to work in a team environment. Our company takes pride in its ability to provide the highest level of customer service. We are looking for a new team member who will aim to ensure that all patients receive the greatest quality of treatment and care.
