While defending against a provision in the Financial Regulatory bill, longtime Pennsylvania Congressman Paul Kanjorski says those affected are not just "minorities, or defective Americans..."

Kanjorski obviously mis-spoke in referring to the handicapped, disabled Veterans, and those with special needs. But if a Republican would have used such a term?
