Magnetic Polymer Nanofibers
North Penn High School nanotechnology research seniors, Alex H. and Matt M. of the research team, McNetics, successfully created a magnetic nanofabric today in class. This video shows the results of their first attempt at embedding FeO3 into electrospun nanofibers. Future experiments will look into modifying the concentration of the FeO3, utilizing other types of polymers for various environmental applications, fiber strength, conductivity and the potential benefits of hydrophobic magnetic nanofibers.From:NorthPennNanoTechViews:0 0ratingsTime:00:18More inScience Technology
